Great house and location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the house. It was clean, very comfortable and fully stocked with appliances and utensils for easy food preparation. There was even laundry detergent for the high quality, efficient washer/dryer combination. A couple suggestions to enhance the accommodation are: 1. Provide a tutorial for TV channel/network operation/availability (for us older, low-tech visitors) and 2. Include a back-up code with check-in instructions.

This is our second time staying at this property and again, everything was perfect. We will definitely return as we travel to the area often to visit family that lives here

The property is just what the listing states, clean, open, walking distance to downtown Littleton. The surrounding parks a plus. We did not use the outdoor area which is large and inviting. We will be back.

The house and yard were just lovely, so comfortable, welcoming, cheerful, clean, and well supplied with everything. We were able to relax and also visit with our family. The outdoor furniture was the only thing that needed to be cleaned by us.

Updated, very clean home. Nice outdoor areas. Loved the Adirondack chairs out front. Beautiful kitchen. Great mattress. The office space was good for working remotely. Near trendy and fun downtown Littleton.

Visited to do some horseback riding and hiking in the mountains and foothills. This location was a great home base to see the entire Denver area.

The house is in a great location with everything near by. Littleton has lots to offer. The home is clean, comfortable very well decorated and has everything you need. If we have a chance, we would stay here again.

We loved our stay at this modern, ultra-clean and comfortable home near downtown Littleton. The entire place felt like a marriage between an architect and interior designer -- all the finishings are top-notch and designed with guests in mind. And it's rare to find a 2-bedroom rental where BOTH bedrooms have king beds. They were soooo comfortable, with luxury linens, a choice of pillows and a firm memory foam mattress that felt like new. We loved the neighborhood, near downtown and just a short walk to Ketring Park. The only problem we had was that the management company gave us the wrong key code at check-in, but it was quickly resolved by phone. Highly recommend staying at this lovely home.

Property was wonderful. Quiet, comfortable beds, perfect location for us traveling to Red Rock, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. We will definitely return.

Pace was very clean, beds were comfortable and outside accommodations (firepit, table, lighting) were great for entertaining. Needed a little help and contacts were great as was communication. Recommend a few more wine glasses and beer steins, but that truly is the only thing we could suggest. Thanks for a great stay and we will be glad to return

Beautiful property. Very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The house is well stocked with items you may have forgotten to pack. Only disappointment was the number of outside stairs that had no railing to the main entrance.

Finally I have rented a house that actually met my expectations. Nice kitchen, new appliances, comfortable sofa and great beds. Good job Owner and Property Manager! This is the way to do it!
