Modern and unique cottage in perfect downtown CDA location for a great getaway!

Great location

Very clean and comfortable TV is streamed and would have appreciated better directions as to use. Front step needs repair and back yard needs clean up. Once inside it is a great property !

This is a super little cottage five minutes walk from the wonderful Tubbs Hill area. We loved that and took a nice hike every morning. The area is pretty quiet with some stunning homes and tree lined streets. We had a problem with the refrigerator but the owner took care of it quickly with minimal bother to us. The cottage is nicely upgraded, with most amenities you could want for your home away from home. We'll likely stay here again next time we're in CDA visiting our relative.

This was a perfect cottage getaway for my wife and I. Excellent location and walking distance to down town CDA as well as Tubb's Hill. The host communicated in a timely manner and answered questions quickly. Great property!

This is the second time we have stayed in this house. It is comfortable and close to everything we love to do in CDA. We used the bikes this time around. One is a cruiser and one has gears. Fun to tool around town on them. We did have problems with the tv reception but it may have been loose cables. Ramon was going to look into and fix. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We had a relaxing stay.

This is a great place to stay! The home is so charming & was extremely clean. It is in a very beautiful & safe neighborhood. My husband & I like to walk & not only is the neighborhood wonderful, with so many interesting homes & lovely gardens, it is about a 3 minute walk to the beach. This was a great bonus. You should not hesitate to book this terrific place.

We loved the place!!! So clean and updated. We will definitely stay there again. Ramon helped us when we were having trouble opening the front door with the new lock system he installed.

Great experience for our first time in Coeur D'Alene. The cottage and location were perfect. It's just one block up from a small beach on the lake.

The home was close to the beach , great hiking and we could reach the biking trails easily . It was a nice walk to downtown and in a very quiet area.. the location was amazing ! The home was clean and fitted out with everything that you needed for a great stay . Highly recommended!

Absolutely LOVE this property! Nestled in a neighborhood, cute and quaint and has everything you could need. Great location, Tubbs Hill entrance practically right out your door. Sanders beach also out your door and a nice beach to hangout on. This was our second visit and we will be back for sure, great AC in the hot summer months as well.

The properry was very nice. Just the right size for my husband and I. We fell in love with it the moment we saw it. Quite neighborhood, perfect location to Tubs Hill and down town. People in the area were so polite. We would stay there again.

Great neighborhood. Two blocks from Tubbs Hill/Sanders Beach and within walking distance of downtown. Very quiet and relaxing. Clean and comfortable. House layout is a little odd. One room has a lot of cabinets/closets that were either full or too small. Room would make an excellent walk-in closet someday. Owner very easy to communicate with. We would recommend staying here.

Condo is in a great location to beach, Tubbs hill, McEuen Park and downtown. Parked the car when we arrived and never needed it. Bikes a nice bonus!!! Cute cottage is in very nice neighborhood and was just as pictured and described. (Outdoor area is a bit overgrown and could really stand to be spruced up and cottage washed down). Had a little hiccup receiving door code in timely manner but they were quick to respond If you have never been to Coeur d’Alene, add to your bucket list. One of the cutest little towns we have ever visited. Highly recommend a visit and a stay at this cottage.

Very nice place, convenient to town, nice amenities. The only issue we had was a shortage of towels. We got only one washcloth for two people for two days!

This is a cute, somewhat quirky property on a beautiful residential street. It is very conveniently located to downtown, and it is a short walk to Sanders beach.
