Names, ages and addresses of all guests must be emailed to owner before check in. Background checks will be done to assure no criminal background or registered sex offenders. All tag/license plates for cars on the premises must be provided. Parking ONLY allowed on parking spaces provided. No parking on the grass or in the swales. Occupancy amount must not exceed the allowed amount. Children 3 and under do not factor into the 8 maximum but there cannot be more than 10 people in total staying at the premises. The city of Palm Coast reserves the right to inspect at any reasonable time compliance with occupancy amounts. Guest must complete a rental agreement with the above stipulations before checking in.

    The shower for the three bedrooms smelled like rotten eggs. So everyone showered in the master suite bathroom. The water filter in the fridge needed to be replaced and an alarm would sound if you tried to get water from it. Otherwise it was a good place to stay.

    Really nice RENTAL home. Please view my suggestions as constructive criticism. The pots, pans and utensils were inadequate to prepare meals for more than a couple of people. A grill was not provided. We went out on our bikes 2 of our 10 day stay.. A neighbor came out to tell us he works from home so we could not have our bi k es running. We had visitors one evening. Ten minutes after they arrived one of the neighbors called to police saying they were blocking the street. My group and i have come to bikeweek every year since 1985 and this is the first time anyone has ever called the cops on us. If your neighbors hate bikers you might consider not renting your your property during bikeweek. Finally, i want to thank the owner for getting me access to live sports and news programs. Again this is a rental property. Television viewership is includes in the pricing so why not provided cable or dish services so clientele can click on the tv and watch without having to go through various apps. After all your clientele is actually the one who are paying for the services. HELP YOUR CLIENTS ENJOY THEIR VACATIONS.
