Modern and Relaxing Home

The house was pretty clean, only the blinds were dirty. But everything else was good. The host was very communicative.

It was a nice quiet neighborhood. Was a nice easy stay over all BUT i will say beds left my back hurting and none of the blinds worked. they looked stained, dirty, outdated and broken…So we couldn’t let natural light in. I guess my recommendation would be getting foam mattress toppers for helping with comfort and possibly getting new blind for all the windows.

2nd time staying at property, host makes things so easy it was worth staying again when its such an accomadating location and host.

Home as advertised, great location and easy to get around town from location

Top sheets missing from all beds, bottom sheets missing from one bed, no hand towels, inadequate lighting in one bedroom. Poor communication.

The home was perfect and the neighborhood was also nice. I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone.

Two of the rooms with beds did not have a fitted sheet or a regular bed sheet. I tried communicating that information to the host. He basically ignored me. Stated two nights the very first night before bedtime I made him aware, he stated sheets were clean, I let him know there where no sheets to which he never replied. Very poor communication. Would not stay here again. Also, there were other little things that were very off putting, like a roach in the cup cabinet, and tattered old bath towels. Sorry to say we visit Bakersfield often, and wouldn’t be back here.

For travel medical professionals, this is a comfortable and close location big enough for friends/family to visit while you work for an extended shift.
