Stayed Jul 25, 2025We absolutely loved Sarah’s place. Ideal location for visiting the area with kids. The house was very clean, well equipped, and we all had a blast in the game room. The location next to Cacapon State Park was great. We had a wonderful time at the lake. We would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to come back in the future!

Stayed Nov 26, 2024I wanted a spot for Thanksgiving that was close enough for me travelling from NC and my family coming in from PA. None of us had been to the Berkely Springs area and nothing disappointed. The area is awesome, right across the road from the state park, the house is terrific and just what we all needed, and the owner was just the best!
