Modern and comfy home five minutes from downtown

Perfect location for our quick getaway. Short drive to downtown Hannibal. Comfortable accomodations. Well furnished. Would stay again if visiting Hannibal.

We were very pleased with this property. To be honest my friend and I were a little skeptical of the location and a few of the surrounding homes arriving after dark, but in daylight we felt better about the location and neighborhood. The interior of the home was inviting, spotless and advertised as is. The beds were very comfortable. The host was always available and checking in with me to make sure everything was ok—which it was. The only issue with the property are the steep steps. We were a bit nervous about the steps, but we took our time and made a few trips back & forth from the car to the porch. The only reason for 4 stars is the stairs, but do not let that keep you from renting this lovely place if you can do stairs.

Came in by boat wasn’t too far of a walk from the boat ramp really enjoyed the place. It was really set up. Nice thank you

It was such a clean and cute little place to stay. We enjoyed staying there. The back patio was a wonderful place to sit with coffee and read in the morning.

The home was perfect for our needs. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. Adequate kitchen ware to save some money vs dining out for every meal. Don't let the neighborhood deter you; most of Hannibal has older homes that range dramatically in condition. The inside of this home is tastefully updated. My only complaint was the lack of supplies provided; one roll of toilet paper, and literally one squirt of bath body wash--we had to buy our own the first day. (we stayed for 4 nights). Overall a very nice place and I would recommend.

This property was perfectly quaint! The neighborhood was quiet and quite safe feeling. The house was perfectly located right next to the highway; we could get to Hull and Quincy in just a few minutes! The kitchen was stocked with the appliances we needed in the morning for coffee and breakfast

Suggestion to let people know that there are narrow steep steps leading up to house. The house was very nice and clean. I was pleased to see that they have almost everything you need for a home away from home.

We were in Hannibal for a funeral, and the location of this rental was great for our needs. There was plenty of room for our family and even a space for me to set up and work.

Nice 5 day get away for our anniversary. Nice clean place will stay again.
