Modern and Airy home near UW & Seattle Children’s

Well equipped, convenient location and parking directly outside. The beds were very comfy.

House was very clean and well appointed in a great neighborhood. Host was very communicative. Thanks for a great stay!

As others have said, this is a beautiful townhouse with everything you need. We enjoyed some of the games and were thankful for the snacks and kitchen items provided. Parking is very easy and it was close to University of Washington. The host was very responsive with an AC glitch we experienced. Five stars in every category!

We stayed in the Sandpoint home for a week. The home is well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and stocked with all the necessities. The internet worked well throughout the entire home. The bedrooms are comfortable. Our son stayed 1 night on the pull out sleeper and he was very comfortable. The unit is on a busy street, but this did not impact us at all. There are bike and walking trails close by and a wonderful playground across the street for children. The location is terrific. The home has great access to all the major roads ( 520, I 5 I 405). It is also very close to Children's Hospital, & UW. Overall this was a comfortable stay and a very good experience.

The location is great for being close enough to the city, but being able to find parking when your ready to call it a day. My legs were stronger with the three flights of stairs. The house was equipped with almost everything you would need.

Great place. Very urban vibe. The home was clean and welcoming. Extremely well stocked. Modern appliances that functioned perfectly. Lots of extras. It is on a major arterial street and there is a fair amount of street noise but the host has done a lot to dampen the sound. We had great communication with the host who checked in with us by email to make sure we were happy with everything. It was a great place to stay and we will reserve it again in the future.

Location is just a few blocks away from Seattle Children's Hospital. We come down regularly and have stayed at this location twice now. Will look to rent again for next trip. Markets and shopping within close proximity along with the park right across the street. Everything is provided for a few nights stay. Host is great at communicating before, during and after.

Nick was great to work with - really helpful and responsive. The property is very, very clean and feels nearly brand new. Almost everything I looked for I found from strainers and spatulas to bathroom items and a note pad. The only thing that I found lacking was a dresser or drawers to put away clothing like socks that don't go on hangers since I prefer not to live out of my suitcase.

Great place to stay and proximity to UW and local eateries. The house was clean and well-stocked. We will come back on our next trip to Seattle!

Very comfortable home with a great kitchen and eating area. It has a lot of stairs, if that is an issue for you, but we didn't mind it. Also, it's on a busy street, but you don't hear the traffic noise much. We liked that there's a wonderful grocery store within an easy walk.

The property was just one block from Seattle Children's Hospital making it very convenient for appointments. There was a nice separation from the living room and bedrooms that allows for resting quietly.

We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous bnb. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect. We were right off of the Burke Gilman trail and minutes from the UW campus. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We had an incredibly enjoyable stay at your home in a lovely neighborhood near the UW campus. We moved our daughter into UW this week and this made for a perfect stay. The place was was stocked, very clean, plenty of amenities and the restaurants within walking distance were delicious and had such great character. Communication with the host was fast and helpful. A lovely home in a nice neighborhood. The house was clean and we appreciated the little touches like the coffee machine and snacks. The refrigerator and kitchen were perfect for our family with young kids.

The place was conveniently located. I stayed there with my husband, two grown up kids and our service dog. I have just two complaints- 1. The dishwasher was not emptied, and half of the dishes were dirty. 2. There was no extra comforter for the living room sleeper sofa.

We enjoyed the convenient location as we visited Seattle to tour the University of Washington. The house was clean and the accommodations were comfortable for our family of5.

Our location was excellent for the plans that we had: to see areas east and north of Seattle as well as the Tacoma and Gig Harbor area. About 30 minutes to the airport on a Friday morning at 8 AM (not bad). The property owner was very quick answering questions we had. There’s a small park across the street as well as a bus stop for those that don’t have a rental car or are not fond of Uber or Lyft.

Very happy with our stay - the hosts were very accommodating and the house had everything we needed. Would go back in the future!

This townhouse was wonderful! Close to UW and Seattle Children’s and across the road from a great playground. The house was very nice inside and had everything we needed.

I had a month shift at seattle childrens and the location of this place was perfect, literally a 5 minute walk away. This place is a good location for exploring seattle. Has a full kitchen stocked with the basics and the three floors of the house made it nice for my friend and I to work opposite shifts without worring about waking up the other.

We were in Seattle to support our granddaughter and parents while having a procedure at Seattle Children’s. The location was close and convenient. Easy walk to the hospital and plenty of space for family to relax and be together. The property managers were easy to communicate with and quick to reply.

Nick was an amazing host. Every question was answered promptly. The location was central to the UW area in a safe neighborhood. The house was very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this house for your stay in Seattle.

This was a really clean property. It was spacious. The location was convenient and not too far from everything you need. I would absolutely recommend!

Our stay was good but the location is on an extremely busy road and we used the fan to mitigate the noise. The place is in 3 levels lots of stairs. Not a big problem for us but good to know. We paid $422 a night and it’s now $158 a night. I think at $158 a great value not as good for us with all the other fees, taxes etc.The hosts are excellent and the kitchen is well stocked
