Stayed Jan 1, 2026Here is the compliant version for a public review:I experienced significant issues with the check-in process and the amenities provided. On the day before arrival, I received a confirmation stating that a parking space was available in the garage; however, upon arriving after dark, I was informed that I did not have access to the garage at all. This was a primary reason for choosing this specific rental.Additionally, the entry code provided did not match the lockbox requirements, which required several phone calls late at night to resolve. I am disappointed that the property did not match the description provided at the time of booking regarding parking and access.
