This modern villa of 125 m² is perfect for a relaxing stay with family or friends. With four bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, a sunny and fully fenced garden, and a private jetty on the water, this is the ideal place for anyone who wants to combine comfort, outdoor living, and water fun. Pets are very welcome, so your furry friend can enjoy the holiday too.

Spacious living area with lots of light

The ground floor features an open living area with a cosy lounge, a modern kitchen with a cooking island, and a large dining table for 8 people. Thanks to the large sliding doors facing the garden, there’s plenty of natural light – and on warm days, you can slide them fully open so that the inside and outside blend seamlessly.

The lounge has a spacious sofa and a flat-screen TV. The living room also features air conditioning, keeping things cool on hot days. There are PlayStations and various board games, making the house ideal for families with children.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, grill, and gourmet set. At the island with barstools, you can enjoy drinks while cooking. There’s also a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron – ideal for longer stays or when travelling with children.

Comfort and convenience for everyone

The villa has four comfortable bedrooms, each with charging points next to the bed – from USB-C to old iPhone cables – so you can charge your devices even if you forgot your charger.
