The bright living room features a large diningtable for 8 people and a high chair, a cosy sofa, a children’s desk with plenty of arts and crafts supplies, lounge chairs and a flatscreen TV. Thanks to the large windows, there’s plenty of natural light creating an open and relaxed atmosphere.

Fully equipped kitchen

The modern open kitchen has everything you need: induction hob, oven, Quooker, coffee machine, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, glasses and children’s tableware. Enjoy cooking and dining together with views of the water.

Waterfront living

Outside you’ll find a sunny terrace with an electrical hottub, sun loungers, a large dining table for 8 and a parasol for warm days. The villa is located directly on the water and features a private jetty with a swim ladder – perfect for a refreshing dip. Two paddleboards and six children’s life vests are available, ideal for safe and fun water activities. Fishing and swimming are popular here! For cosy evenings, there’s a Kamado BBQ in the garden.
