Modern 6BR Masterpiece with 2 primary suites

The residence provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, with appropriate size rooms for our family. We extend our gratitude to the host for accommodating our early check in request, necessitated by changes to our flight schedule.

We had a very positive stay at Rezia’s property in West Dallas. The house was exactly as described, with tall ceilings, lots of space, and plenty of sleeping options for larger groups. The layout worked very well for our group during a conference trip.The location was convenient to downtown Dallas and made getting to our events quick and easy. Parking included room in the garage and driveway, plus some street parking. The neighborhood is a mix of older and newer homes and feels like an area going through redevelopment.One note for EV travelers: the listing mentioned an EV charger, but during our stay there was not a dedicated charging station installed yet. There was, however, a 240V outlet in the garage that worked perfectly with my Tesla mobile charger and NEMA 14-50 adapter.Communication from the host was prompt and clear. Some of the pre-stay and checkout messaging felt a bit strong regarding rules and fees, which initially made us somewhat anxious, though it was clear the goal was to prevent parties and respect the neighborhood.We also experienced a leak from what appeared to be a new AC system that caused water to drip from the ceiling. Rezia responded quickly, checked on it personally, and arranged repairs the next day.Overall, we would definitely recommend this property for larger groups needing convenient access to downtown Dallas, and we would gladly stay there again.

The property was large with plenty of space for us all to hang out. Wifi worked great, it was clean and comfortable.

The house was over all “okay”. 8 of us stayed in the bnb for a local wedding. We traveled from across the country and asked for permission ahead of time to use the garage because we were bringing motorcycles. He okayed us to use it.Issues:One bed less than what was listed. Three rooms were supposed to be single beds and three rooms with two beds. Only two rooms had two beds. No extra blankets. Each bed had one set of blankets and sheets. None extra for any of the couches or if you were cold. Each bathroom only had two rolls of toilet paper, we looked through the entire house and couldn’t find any more. The kitchen had very limited eating and cooking utensils. It had 6 forks and is listed to host up to 16 people. The oven only has one rack and the house had no baking sheets that could be used. We couldn’t even cook biscuits for breakfast. The fridge had no shelves in the door which limited storage. The AC barely works. It was 90 all weekend and with the air set at 65, it was only cooling to 77-78 degrees, this made it uncomfortable during the day. The backyard grass was very overgrown and we were asked by the owner not to “spend time outside of the property” to help keep quiet for the neighbors. Over all, for the money spent I give this a very low okay remark. It was okay for a place to sleep.
