Modern 5 Bedroom , 3 Bathroom Holiday Home with Sparkling Pool

We loved, the property, lots of room, the pool was great!, but there was a few minor details, for example no coffee machine, couldn’t get air con to work, ( we managed without as it wasn’t super hot), no clothes dryer, curtain slightly off in master bedroom. But these were only minor and we still had a wonderful time. Thank you Janelle Coombe

Great house, so clean and spacious, well maintained. We had everything we could want for and location was perfect. Will definitely be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we had 8 people staying, the house was adequate but tight fisted with what they provided. no frypan big enough to cater for a group our size, watered down dishsoap, not even one dishwashing tablet for each day of our stay, not enough champagne and wine glasses for our group for the pool area, no pool furniture. while the house is big and spread out, it feels sparce and had the bear minimum. the location is great as its walking distance to airlie beach etc but the actual house is not up to par. the WIFI was extremely slow.the pantry did not even have salt and pepper... no full length mirrors anywhere, not even a box of tissues.seems to be tight fisted management, it would not take alot more to make this house feel accommodating. the house although suitable bedding wise for large groups was sadly lacking in basic provisions for what was not a cheap stay.the landscaping is clearly not finished so the outlook at the back is not very attractive.a good knife set, new pool glassware for 10 people some basic kitchen provisions would have made alot of difference to the impression left. the vaccum cleaner also smelt like it was about to catch fire..

The rental company where fantastic to deal with and met as on site. The property itself is beautiful and suited our large family with the many options for the sleeping arrangements and the pool was an added bonus to cool off and enjoy. The suggestions that we would recommend to the owners are that we as a family do not go out every night for meals and a bbq would be a an added bonus. The fridge is way to small to accommodate the amount of people the home holds as there is ample space for a larger fridge. The bedrooms were of great size with wardrobe space but the beds themselves are extremely hard and not comfortable at all. Simple things like pegs and a washing basket also would be a bonus especially if you are staying for a week or more. If these few amendments would be done especially the beds we will book again for next year. Thanks for having us.

This is a beautiful house that has been designed well and is an amazing holiday house, however there were a few issues that were an inconvenience. The fact that all beds are king size is amazing but the mattress was harder then the floor. In fact I slept on the carpet as the mattress was to painful to sleep on. The other bedding issue was that there wasn't blankets for all the beds, there where some plush throw blankets but not an actual blanket. The other big issue was that the property was advertised as it had a Gas BBQ and wifi the property does not have either, there was also no antenna for the television so with that and no wifi or DVD player the tv is useless. All in all it is a nice house in good location but we booked it as we wanted a house where we could relax and enjoy time around the pool and have a bbq but this wasn't possible.
