Guest room with Queen Bed, large w/i closet and ensuite with shower. 3rd & 4th bedrooms each have bunkbeds & blackout curtains. Large Media room on 2nd floor with 65″ TV. 5th bedroom & 5th bathroom are in basement as well as large living area with a 2nd TV and play area including ping pong table. Dining room seats 8 comfortably and island seats 4. Cozy living room with gas fireplace. Kitchen appliances are GE Cafe including 36″ gas range. Covered rear deck includes gas line BBQ, picnic table and rocker chairs. Front office includes a desk and printer. RENTALS INCLUDE: Access to The Shed (Sauna, Gym, Hot Tub, Pool), Snow removal, Bell Fibe TV, wifi, and all utilities, gas and hydro. 4 month+ ski season term preferred, Dec 1 – March 31 but longer term possible.
