Modern 4BR Home with Game Room & Outdoor Firepit

The house is a lot bigger than it looks in the photos. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. We appreciated the access to paper products, cleaning products, and other much needed supplies, like coffee and pantry seasonings. The community was friendly and safe.

The house was very nice, and fit our family well. Our main concern was that the hand rails were very loose, and some of the spindles were not attached. Also, the driveway needs to be repaired. Very uneven, probably due to roots. Our car scraped everytime.

The home was not as presented online - holes in walls, towel and toilet paper holders off walls, only 5 towels for a property that claims it could house 12 people, no wash clothes or hand towels, master bath shower had hair on floor and drain (had to clean the shower before use), no pillow cases and hairs all over the shams, floors were dirty, furniture was worn, ants in kitchen, and washer, when turned on, indicated the most used cycle was Rinse and Spin which brought into question if the linens were washed with detergent at all. Host did not respond to issues when notified within 24 hours of check-in. Did not respond until time to send check-out instructions. Definitely not the relaxing retreat is claimed to be - more like a frat house.

This was a perfect location for my family to be able to attend a wedding in Cary.

My family of 11 had a wonderful stay here for my fiancé's birthday. The house was clean and comfortable and there was lots to do nice and close. We went to Raleigh improv, RushHour Karting, the Alamo theater, and had to make a stop at torchy's. Our toddler niece loved the house and was obsessed with the games and making smores. She didn't want to leave. Can't be more grateful for our comfortable stay here!

Very good property. It was absolutely clean when we got there. It is in a great location.

Spent a few days in NC for our grandson and nieces graduation. The home looked exactly as it did online. Was able to check in a little early after communicating with host. The house was spacious and all the kids loved the game room area (adults too). Close proximity to stores and coffee! Great neighborhood, great stay.

8 of us stayed here with my family for a relative's wedding. Ample space for all of us. Satisfactory location to meet your simple, quick visit needs.

The size of the house was perfect, the rooms were spacious and everyone had a comfortable bedroom. The kids, even the adult ones, loved the game room! The house was vey convenient to family and places in Cary

It’s a nice place if you have teenagers and you are hosting a small gathering.. indoors only. Property manager/host, very responsive and professional. I would secure this property again for a small weekend gathering.

This was a great place for two families to stay with small children. It was nice to have separate areas to go to when it was bedtime for each family. The kids loved the firepit and making smores. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.
