No pets, parties, or smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot, with quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction and loss of your security deposit. Additionally, an odor fee will be added to your reservation if smoking policies are violated. We appreciate your courtesy.
