Outdoor space was awesome with plenty of room inside as well. House was clean and well stocked with essentials. Lucas was a great host. Great time was had in Cape Coral

This house is amazing. Had everything we could ever want or need. Amazing spaces by the pool to lounge and relax. Everything was ready for us and there was nothing forgotten. Even left us some snacks with a very nice welcome note. Will definitely stay again

We had an excellent stay. The house has a great layout and decor. It was very clean and Lucas made sure everything was perfect. Our favorite things were the pool (adjusted to the perfect temperature with a simple text to Lucas) and the outdoor kitchen. We loved it so much, we booked again for next year while we were still there.

The house was perfect! Enough room for our grown children and their family! The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed! Lucas checked in frequently to be sure we were all set and had everything we needed! We all enjoyed a lot of time in the pool! Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool and beach toys! It was difficult leaving this beautiful spacious house! We will definitely stay again when in Cape Coral! Highly recommend!!

We stayed in this house for 12 nights in January 2026. When we arrived, the house was immaculate and well maintained. The owner was extremely responsive during the entire process. He also checked in on us regularly to ensure we were comfortable and the heated pool was at a comfortable temperature for us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few dinners at home. We loved the outdoor kitchen and used it frequently. We had an excellent experience and have already booked this house for next year.

The pool and lanai was awesome!! The large grill outside was a great option to use as well. The house had everything you could possibly need. From beach stuff/towels to cookware. The neighborhood was quiet. I highly recommend!

Great vacation spot! Close to everything in the Fort Myers area. Very convenient to restaurants and amenities. The house was in great shape very clean. The host was super helpful with suggestions and checked on us every day.Family four love the pool and the outside area and we even caught a couple of fish in the canal behind the place. A couple of nice golf courses are used to shore drive away.Highly recommend would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at this Cape Coral gem! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt like a true home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals together, and there were thoughtful extras throughout the house that made our stay so comfortable.We especially loved the outdoor space—fishing right off the canal was a highlight, and the screened-in lanai and private pool were perfect for relaxing any time of day. The home also had everything we needed for beach outings, including chairs, umbrellas, and even a cooler.The location was peaceful and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and several stunning beaches. Lucas was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth and enjoyable trip.We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

This was our first time staying at a Vrbo property and this home did not disappoint. The inside of the home is beautiful. The pool was clean and the lights at night were a whole vibe! We had everything we needed from beach towels and chairs to fishing poles and bait for my teen son to fish off the dock. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Cape Coral. Lucas, the host was very communicative and answered questions very quickly.

Our family gets together in Cape Coral every summer. This year there were 7 of us, ranging in age from 10-65. First, communication with owner was amazing. Answered any questions we had prior to booking and checked in on us while we were there. Check in was easy and we were given all the codes and passwords ahead of time. The house was exactly as pictured! One of the cleanest rentals we have ever had- immaculate! The house also had everything we needed- plenty of toilet paper, pool and bath towels, spices and seasonings, plenty of pool toys and fishing and beach equipment too! The pool was clean and refreshing and my kids especially loved fishing off the dock. Beds were comfortable and there were lots of extra pillows and blankets. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is minutes from so many stores and restaurants. We really had a great time relaxing outside or watching a movie together at night. So happy we went with this property!

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! We are a group of five women – over 60 – that travel together twice a year! We stayed at this house last October and couldn’t wait to come back! It’s perfect – very clean, everything you might need provided, Plenty of room, wonderful pool and deck area! Lucas is a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed! We loved our stay!

The home was true to the pictures and description. It was spacious and well stocked for any needs. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals at the house and the outdoor grill as well. The pool was clean and a good temperature with many pool toys. Beach towels, umbrellas and chairs were available and appreciated. Lucas was quick with responses to any questions and requests. A very attentive host and thought of all the amenities for a comfortable stay. We would not hesitate to book this home again if we make a return trip to the area.

Beautiful house and true to its pics. The house is beautiful, incredibly stocked and truly has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The pool is really nice and like the house, has all of the pool toys a family would want. Last point is the property manager, Louis. Louis was the best property manager I have felt with with VRBO. He was attentive to our every need from places to go to making sure the pool was warm.Overall, great house, pool and of course, property manager, Louis. The house is just as great as the photos show. There is everything you would ever need in the house. The canal was so fun to see all the fish and turtles. Having two masters is great. We had a few friends for the Weekend and there was plenty of space for everybody to have their own privacy. Already trying to plan a trip back. Thank you so much for an awesome week!!

Great property. Our family along with 1 other family stayed for 1 week. The kids loved swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock.

Had a very nice stay in Cape Coral in early December. House was up to date, clean and well furnished. Stayed at another Cape Coral house in 2021, this latest house was much nicer. Particularly enjoyed the nicely heated pool and the large poolside grill that was perfect for family and visiting friends who were staying elsewhere. Definitely would book again. .

We have stayed at this property in the past and it never disappoints! Lucas is very attentive and communicates throughout your stay. The neighborhood is very nice and a great place to walk. The house is spacious, clean and very welcoming. The heated pool and lani are very relaxing. We look forward to returning again next year!

Everything was wonderful – every extra that we could possibly need was provided, space was beautiful, beds were very comfortable! We definitely enjoyed the outdoor area! Lucas was great and answered all our questions quickly! Amazing stay!!

Couldn't ask for anything more. Upon arrival the home was clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with necessities to get you started. The location was great. Communication with host ways great, always helpful and quick with a response to any question you may have. I would recommend 100% and definitely would book in the future.

This house is very nice and it has everything you need in a vacation home. We booked very short notice (less than 24 hours) and everything still went super smooth. The communication with the owner was always very quick and helpful.

We stayed for a week with our family of eight. Great home clean and Host is very friendly and responsive when addressed with concerns or questions.

What can I add to the other reviews? Superb property which is very well equipped for any family. Lucas the owner is super helpful, the few very minor problems we had were resolved very quickly. If you book, rest assured, you will not be dissapointed.
