Modern 4 bedroom with Patio and Pool -- Sleeps 10

All was cool

Wish it had a full length mirror but overall no complaints. The house was clean and in a convenient area that felt safe. I would highly recommend for families.

The only issue that comes to mind is there is not any dressers in the bedrooms to put your clothes. Wife had the closet I lived down in my suitcase.

Loved the pool and covered patio. Nice open living/dining room and kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay,very relaxing, will return again.

This property is perfect. Quiet, private. The pool was awesome, used it from morning to evening. The house space is very tidy and clean. Walmart is right around the corner for anything you might need. Tons of good food options nearby. Beach is a short drive away. If i come back to Jacksonville i will be staying here again.

My family was in town from Kentucky for my nephew's high school graduation. We had no issues entering the house. The house sleep our party of seven well. Everyone loved the pool and outside area and that there were some pool floats available to use! We The property manager was very attentive when messaged with questions. The outdoor grill was small, but we were able to grill burgers and hotdogs! A couple of things inside the house could be updated. Walls could use a good painting. The floors were not very clean upon arrive, so a good cleaning is needed. The seating in the kitchen met our needs but the chair/stools are really more like kid-sized. Not very comfortable for adults short chair backs. The bathroom in the bedroom didn't have any where to hang the towels/wash clothes. Hooks on the back of the door or on the wall would be great. Overall, We really enjoyed our stay! Would stay again!

What a great experience. From the time we booked until the morning we checked out the process was flawless. 4 cozy bedrooms, plenty of space inside and out, shaded patio adjacent the beautiful pool. 10/10 recommend.

Photos make the place look more spacious. Central to all the areas we wanted to visit.

We loved the outdoor space. The kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms were very clean and had complimentary shampoo and conditioners. Plenty of towels and bedding. Beds were comfortable. I’m glad there was a privacy fence. It’s located near grocery stores and places to eat. Not far from beaches and activities. Great price too!

Overall experience was good, I do feel the pool should have been cleaned prior to our arrival, and the all the towels were left in the dryer which I had to hunt for. Ease of check in/out was simple. Property was well maintained and close distance to restaurants and stores

The home is in a great location to Publix.Kitchen was well stocked.The Air conditioning was nice and cool.Beds were comfortable.Host was very responsive.Nice pool patio covered with plenty of seating.

Location was great, felt safe in the neighborhood. We were there for a heart procedure at St. Vincent. Nice pool to relax. Close to beaches if we wanted to go there. House very comfortable.
