This is ... one of my paradise

Me and the boys (8 of us total) went down to the Penn estates for our prom weekend (total of 3 nights) and all I can say is that this property did not disappoint. We were a little surprised by the size of this house because the pictures catfished you a little bit. The property is a little crammed and smaller than expected but as long as you fill it with love it’ll feel massive. Communication with the host was elite from the start. 5/5 for sure. The only complain about this house is the kitchen as it is missing some essential components like butter knives, baking trays, some bigger pots/pans. The amenities and activities will keep you busy and you’ll never get bored. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and one of the best weekends of my life.

Very great place, me and my friends really enjoyed the place. I highly suggest getting slippers/indoor only shoes as the floors can be dirty. The owner may send many messages of the same thing/the rules but it wasn’t enough to ruin my stay, I think I got about 2-3 the entire duration of my 5 day trip so not bad. Overall, I highly recommend staying here and would be open to again if in the area. There’s also a lot of deer in the community! They gave us no trouble when we were driving and we got to see many up close of the porch or through the windows!

Very clean, nice area

Overall, great, clean property in a nice central location. However, we found the house was missing major kitchen accommodations: kitchen linens, butter knives, and baking pans. Also, the downstairs bathroom had no bath mats and the tile was extremely slippery when showering. We would stay here again knowing we would have to plan accordingly and bring extra supplies from home.

Place was very clean and in a good location for what we needed. Towels and linens provided were a nice bonus. The check in process was easier than expected however we got some misinformation from the host regarding parking which made it very confusing and overwhelming to start off the trip. Very thankful for a kind security officer in the complex who saved my car from getting towed. Communication with the host was difficult to start and there are signs all around the place as well as constant messages through the site warning about additional fees for food left, garbage left, dishes left, etc. despite paying a hefty cleaning fee already. I also had asked for the possibility about a late check out and there are additional fees by the half hour. These warnings and fees went beyond what I have ever experienced on any rental site that lessened our enjoyment as I was so worried about keeping the place pristine to avoid fees. The place itself was nice especially the king-sized room. Other guests I was with found the beds uncomfortable and the living room furniture was especially uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we were there before Memorial Day, so we didn't get to enjoy a lot of the other amenities that were offered that I am sure make the place a better value. Overall clean and a solid place to stay in the Poconos, but definitely some things that affected our stay.

The house was perfect for us! The size was great for 8 women away for a long weekend. The bed in the downstairs room was “the most comfortable ever” according to my friend. Sadly it rained for the weekend so we could not partake in the outdoor amenities, which looked really nice. There were some weird things. The couch in some of the photos was in the hallway in the back area, so only seating for 5 in the living room. Also the table had 8 chairs in the photos but only 7 when we arrived, which is hard with 8 people. Luckily we had an extra chair in the car. The wash clothes they left were microfiber style dust clothes? Al’s nail sticking out of the wall that at least one person got a nice scratch from. The weirdest thing though is they made a huge deal about not wearing shoes in the house, which is normally done to keep things clean but the floors were so dirty my feet turned black. When we told them about it they gave no apology or anything and were like - we told you to bring slippers. My friend wearing slipper socks was not happy that her socks turned black too. That was weird. Overall though, it was a good stay. I would just bring the oldest pair of socks you have and throw them out at the end.

This property looks exactly like it is listed. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of rooms, good sitting area at the back. Everything is good. However, there is no garage parking, at least adjacent to the property. There could be other options nearby. Also, there was no community pass as the pool was closed (we visited during end of March). I would recommend the owner to send only related communication during check in and check out instead of the generic communication.

Overall, we had a really nice stay and enjoyed the home. It looked just like the photos and had a great setup for a weekend getaway.There were a few things that could use some attention. The front screen door doesn’t fully close, the microwave above the stove is missing a handle, and there were noticeable water marks on the ceiling. Nothing that ruined the stay, but definitely things the owner may want to address.One thing to note is the layout of the master bedroom. The photos make it seem like there’s a private sauna, but it’s actually a sliding glass door that leads into the game room. Because of that, there isn’t much privacy, especially with the sheer curtains. I would recommend switching to blackout curtains for better separation and comfort.Also, the outdoor seating area appears more private in the photos than it actually is, so just keep that in mind if privacy is important to you.Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and would rate it a 4 out of 5.

Beautiful home very clean, spacious, and cozy. The check in at front gate was okay there were some delays. Looking forward to staying again. Host was very prompt to respond and was very accessible. Property and neighborhood was absolutely beautiful. Deer come right up to the house beautiful birds for those who love bird watching. Thank you!

The house was comfortable and near everything. The host was responsive. We were all able to enjoy a good weekend.

We were 7 people and the space was perfect. The space was very clean and cozy. I really appreciated that each room in the house had its own thermostat and temperature control and we were able to make the house warm and cozy. I've stayed in the same community at different homes before where the temperature control was not great and felt it was either too cold or too warm or the floors were freezing. They also had an easy turn on switch fireplace which was really nice. The kids enjoyed the pool table and the game room. The beds and number and quality of pillows were great. Adequate outlets too for charging. And little things like doormats by the entrance was appreciated for not wearing shoes in the house and coming in from the snow. Kids appreciated login ability to Prime, Netflix and Disney. Adequate number of dishes and cups for a large group. Enjoyed the open feel of the house. Dining table was nice and large as well. (Just be careful on your GPS, I got there after dark, and my GPS led me to the back gate of the gated community and I really struggled to get to the main gate where you can register your vehicle to enter the community bc the GPS kept leading me to go through the community to get to the main gate when you cant enter without a pass from the back gate, but luckily we finally found there was a directions sheet left out at the back gate on how to get to the main gate, the main gate is off Hallet St, not Cranberry. Its very dark if you get there after sundown).

Good location, had plenty of space and fun activities

Everything was in great condition, our host was very informative from beginning to end no complaints at all. It snowed during our stay and a snow removal company came right away amd removed the snow. The fireplace and pool table were a big hit with us. The location was not hard to find and very close to the entrance.

The house was comfortable with amazing amenities. The area is safe and very quiet. A great place for a weekend getaway!

The host went over and beyond to assure our stay was confirmed!! Her home was super comfy and very close to everything!! I look forward to using EY again!!

It was a nice place to have a getaway with friends

Two towels, four hand towels, and four wash cloths were what the six of us had to use! There was no dishwasher detergent and no dish towels in the kitchen. The back door did not lock. The garbage shed was filled with garbage and did not have a key. Finally, the pictures did not truly represent the inside of the house!

Beautiful home nice yard to hang out loved deck outside all bedrooms

The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean and well-stocked and the beds were very comfortable! The back area and upstairs porch are really enjoyable to sit on and relax!

It's a beautiful clean house amazing location besides for the fact that I had a few roudy children was a bit stressful cuz it's a very quiet community but besides for that I loved everything about the area a couple of lakes and beaches to enjoy wich we're pretty empty highly recommend for a more mature family!
