Modern 4 bed/3.5 bath Farmhouse, private HEATED POOL and AC on bike path

Fantastic Stay!What a perfect property for family of all ages to reconnect! So spacious and comfortable, amenities galore (of course we loved the pool), and centrally located within a 5 minute drive to everywhere in OB. The owner was extremely responsive and gracious to us - definitely recommend if you have a large group!

The house was clean, well laid out, stylish, and had everything you need for an easy and enjoyable stay. The property is beautiful and close to town. The owner is responsive if you need her. We had an incredible time and would rent again in a heartbeat.

The house and outside property were amazing!!!There’s lots of room to move around the rooms flow very well together. The outside patio is the perfect spot to relax reading a book or enjoying a cold drink. The pool is steps away from the house and such a nice part of the overall residence. The downstairs is a great spot for kids, with two twin beds, TV, couch and pool table!!!

Beautiful home and property. The hydrangeas were in full bloom adding to the beauty of the property. My granddaughters loved, loved, loved having a pool to themselves instead of sharing with other guests at a hotel. We fully intend to return.

From start to finish this house was everything you would dream of. Walking in we were all blown away by how beautiful the house was and super clean. I absolutely loved the beautiful decor. This was the first house we didn’t have to bring any extras to like towels, blankets, cloths, etc. Everything was marked with printed slips to show you where everything was and exactly how to use appliances etc. Our host Jill was phenomenal. Best host we ever had as well. Any questions we had she answered them. Our young adults loved the heated pool and all the games, pool table and movies. I can’t rave enough about our stay. Even though the weather was not that nice Jill gave us some fun ideas to do and we ended up playing pool and eating dinner at the barn bowl. We loved it there and you definitely have to check it out. The carousel in OB was awesome and only a 3 min drive. We loved everything! FYI Don’t bring anything besides some seasonings and your clothes. This house has everything for all ages including beach balls, chairs, umbrellas I literally mean this house has it all. The beds were super soft and blankets were so comfy. Tons of sheets, pillows, etc. The ocean was a 3 min walk. Small but nice. We took a ride to Aquinnah and seen the cliffs and lighthouse. Be sure to check out Edgartown for the day. Great place. While we were in OB the replica Jaws boat was there which was super cool. So many things to do! Thanks again Jill for sharing your beautiful home with us! We loved it!

I can’t recommend this house enough! It’s exactly as described and there is plenty of space, even for a group of 10 people. Extremely clean and I’ve never been in a rental property that was so organized! Having everything labeled was very helpful especially as we cooked dinner at the house one night. Everything was more than adequately stocked as well. The communication with the owner was incredible which made the check in and check out process very easy. It’s close enough to downtown OB that you could walk if you wanted to (1 mile) but tucked away enough that it felt very private. We only stayed for a weekend but we left talking about how we all want to come back for longer! There were only adults in our group but I imagine it would be a great spot for families/kids too.

Our group of 9 women started planning this trip a year in advance. Our host, Jill was very helpful in so many ways with guidance and information about the area. This property was everything we could have asked for. Cozy, relaxing, a dip in the pool, great back drop of group photos and so much more. It was well stocked with all of your basic needs. A great place to create lifetime memories.

We had a wonderful week at The Felicity in Oak Bluffs. The house was perfect and met all our needs, the kids swam in the pool every day, and we thoroughly enjoyed being right off the bike path. Highly recommend!

We had three families- six adults and four children. The kids had a great time in the pool and in their downstairs kid zone. It was wonderful to be so close to OB and to have easy access to all of the towns. We all agreed that we would rent from Jill again. She was lovely and very responsive to all of our questions.

Jill is a wonderful host, and the house is beautiful. We fully enjoyed our stay, and were so appreciative of all of the little details that were thought through and provided by the host, Jill. Couldn’t recommend enough!

The house was amazing and the owner helped with all the questions we had. The pool was enjoyable and location on the bike path was awesome. The location made a short drive to places on MV and bike rides were beautiful!

Beautiful property but the beds downstairs are meant for kids and the 60+ adults were not comfortable. Also there was a gorgeous kitchen aid mixer on the counter with no beaters to be found anywhere. The pool once it was cleaned was perfect. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
