Modern 3BR/3BA Townhome - Charming Capitol Hill location

You should book this place for the sunset rooftop views alone (seriously)! But also because of the 3 bed 3 bath set up which gives everyone their space but also has great gathering space. And also the vibrant neighborhood including a Safeway just steps away. And access to the light rail which we took everywhere! Perfect set up for us to enjoy our daughter’s graduation. This is a lovely house in the very fun Capitol Hill neighborhood. The house is spotless, the bathrooms are extremely modern, the beds super comfortable. We had the very best communication with the hosts, who went above and beyond with their details and neighborhood recommendations. When you come to stay you should check out the neighborhood (up the 15th and then turn left) for the coffee shops, restaurants and wonderful parks and elegant streets with classic Victorian homes. Just a great stay!

This property is all that is advertised and more. The kitchen was fully equipped with every appliance and gadget you may need. Communication with the host was fabulous- very responsive. Location is spectacular - central to what we wanted to do and see in Seattle. The office space - equipped with what you need for a working vacation. There is plenty room to spread out so that you can have your space. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone who is looking to experience Seattle.

The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, utensils, and cooking supplies. I liked that they had a full washer and dryer for convenience. The decor is super cute, and rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The townhouse’s location is pretty central to the Capital Hill neighborhood with restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store within walking distance. I rented a car and they had a private parking spot tucked away so I always felt it was safe.

Great house! I would stay here again (and probably will!). It was well equipped, lots of amenities, plenty of clean sheets and towels, close to bars and restaurants, and even walkable to downtown. It was also fast and convenient to get picked up and dropped off by Uber, and we took the light rail one day. There is a Safeway two blocks away where we grabbed groceries, and there were always Lime scooters and bikes around. Getting around Capitol Hill and downtown in general was easy with many options.The master bathroom had a great shower and heated floors and each of the bedrooms were on their own level, so house offers plenty of privacy. The views of the skyline from the Livingroom and especially from the roof are remarkable. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic house in Capital Hill. A short 3 block walk to the tram station. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a nice dinner. Beds were very comfortable. Grocery store was just 2 blocks away. Great communication with the owner- super responsive to any needs or questions.

Great house. Clean, comfy, great location. Also appreciated the privacy. We each had our own floor with our own bedroom and bathroom and than come together in the living room. Perfect!Will be going back for sure.

This is a terrific option in Capitol Hill, which can accommodate a number of couples or families quite comfortably. Gorgeous views from the kitchen and roof deck, and lots of great restaurants, retail and coffee places within walking distance. Everything works and there is everything you need to cook if the spirit moves you. We will return!

This was a really great place. I felt safe, everything was very clean, hosts were very responsive. My only complaint was toward myself. I am disabled and 4 stories with kitchen on top is dumb for me. Kitchen very well stocked. If I were not disabled I would stay here again in a heart beat.

The house was everything as described. Very clean, modern, ample supplies and suited our needs. Location was great as it was only a couple blocks or a quick ride from lots of entertainment. Kudos to our host for the amazing customer service and accommodation. Just top notch! That's what really made our stay wonderful. I would absolutely reserve this place again.

This townhome was perfect for our group. It was in a great location and nicely furnished. Stores are close to easily stock the kitchen while in Seattle. A variety of restaurants are a close. Light rail is a short walk to take you to the many sites in Seattle or to catch a ferry for a day trip to an area island. Hosts were timely in answering questions and quick to offer suggestions, so you make the most of your trip.

This house is beautiful and offered more than enough space for our family of 4, but with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, could certainly accommodate 7. Would recommend for older kids/teens and not small children due to all of the stairs. No two bedrooms are on the same floor.It was super clean, beds very comfortable and kitchen well stocked with cookware, paper products, spices/seasonings, even some leftover unopened pancake mix, syrup and crackers from previous guests! (We paid it forward by leaving popcorn packets and spaghetti sauce!) There's a Safeway one block away that allowed us to save money by making every breakfast in the house and we even used the grill to make dinner twice. The best part was the roof deck! Our family gathered up there every night of our weeklong stay to watch the planes, stars and views of the city and Space Needle. Added bonus: we arrived on July 4th so got to see fireworks all across the skyline! When you are used to northeast humidity and bugs, this was extremely refreshing to need a light blanket and not worry about bug spray! The second best part is the neighborhood. Walking down to Pike and Pine Streets was easy and where we found great restaurants, bars and shopping (shout out Elliot Bay Book Co). Great coffee shops too of course. And although a bit further, we did walk all the way down Pike to the river on several occasions if you have it in you (about 2 miles to Pike Place Market and Pioneer Square). Overall an amazing place to stay!

Outstanding places to stay. Easy to get into and out of city. Grocery store 1 1/2 blocks away and private parking place that worth gold around Seattle. Will be back to visit son who lives only few blocks away.

The six of us enjoyed every minute in this home. The rooftop balcony was comfortable while watching the sunset. The kitchen was well equipped. The home had everything you need to feel at ease. Bus was really close-one block away! Communication with the owners was outstanding. Would definitely come back here if we needed a place to stay in Seattle.

We spent the weekend here and found it exceedingly comfortable for our family of four. There was plenty of space and separation for everyone to stretch out, and the roof deck is a special added bonus. The kitchen is huge! The Capitol Hill neighborhood is fun and vibrant, and lots to do within easy walking distance. Yes, parking sucks, but that's the city for you! The dedicated parking spot helps if you need it. Public transport easy and close by as well. We hope we'll be back the next time we are in Seattle!
