✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a non-refundable damage waiver of $59.97 (provided by a third-party insurance company) for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. As an alternative to paying the damage waiver, you can pay a refundable security deposit hold $500 to $1,500 minus a 6% card processing fee. This hold is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction.

☞ Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras monitor the front door/entry area, garage, driveway, patio area and exterior of the property for security. Cameras do not monitor the interior of the home.

☞ NOISE: We use noise monitors to ensure we stay within city regulations.


☞ SMOKING/VAPING: Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are strictly prohibited inside the home. Please smoke only in designated outdoor areas and properly dispose of all smoking materials. Evidence of smoking inside may result in applicable cleaning, odor-remediation, or damage charges consistent with Airbnb policies. A Wynd Sentry device is used to detect smoke and vaping inside the home.


☞ VISITORS: All visitors require prior host approval. Visitor limits and other restrictions may apply.

☞ PARKING: Free parking for up to 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles require prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee.

☞ No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings or visitors that exceed the number of guests on the reservation are not permitted.
