Welcome to your playful escape in Port St. Lucie! This renovated 3BR home is designed for fun and relaxation, featuring a game room with arcade games, smart TVs in every room, and a spacious patio for outdoor enjoyment. Perfect for families or groups, it comes fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and life jackets for seaside adventures. Centrally located near shopping, dining, and attractions, this home offers the perfect blend of entertainment, comfort, and convenience.
ACCESS ANDAMENTITIES: Guests must meet the minimum age requirement of 25 in order to book. The booking party must be present throughout the entire stay with accompanying Guests. Exceptions apply and must be approved with Host prior to scheduled stay. Government-issued identification and signed standard lease agreement of the booking party is required prior to check-in. This is part of our verification process and helps ensure a secure and smooth stay for all guests.
Amenities are reserved solely for the use of the registered Guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host.
A maximum of to two visitors are allowed with pre-approval from the Host. Approved visitors must vacate the premises by 10pm. In no case shall any unregistered Guests stay overnight in the unit. The booking party shall remain in control of any and all parties (including minors) on the property and shall accept all liability for such, including any persons allowed on the property for visitation.

EARLY CHECK-INS: We will always do our best to accommodate early check-ins but we ask for grace in understanding that early check-ins may interfere with our cleaning crew’s schedule and thus may impact our ability to accommodate you.

CLEANING: Playful Paradise is a 5-Star Hotel experience and to do that the Host will ensure that the unit is adequately maintained, kept clean and tidy. This includes (but not limited to) garbage removal, providing clean bedding and ensuring you have a clean space to stay. The designated cleaning time is between 11:01am-2:59pm. For stays over twenty-eight consecutive days, unit refreshing every twenty-eight days is required.

LATE DEPARTURES: Please be advised Guests are given a 15-minute grace period to vacate the premises. Departures beyond 11:15am are deemed late and will be assessed a $75 fee unless a request has been made and approval has been granted. Requests must be made no later than 24-hours prior before your scheduled departure.

SMOKING, SECURITY AND SAFETY: For your safety, this is a non-smoking/vaping property. This means there is no smoking/vaping allowed indoors. Violation of this rule is subject immediate forfeiture of stay without refund and/or may subject the Guests to damages levied by the Host. There are smoke alarms are located in the adjoining hall and in the kitchen area; and a fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink. A First Aid Kit can be located under the kitchen sink as well. There is one security camera affixed to the top right corner of the garage. It will be on, recording audio and video throughout your entire stay. Tampering or disabling any security device or any clearly locked areas is strictly forbidden and may result in the Host discharging Guests, and/or may subject the Guests to damages levied by the Host, and/or local penalties of the law, fines, or all the above. If an event should occur where the devices are activated or sounded, you should proceed to the nearest exit. In some cases, depending on the event, that exit may include the window of your room which is designed to stay open when lifted to allow for easy egress.

PETS: No pets in any capacity are allowed on the property. Violation of this rule will result in immediate forfeiture of your stay. If however, your pet is a service animal please provide answers to the following questions:
1. Is the assistance animal required because of a disability
2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform

PARTIES, EVENTS AND NOISE: Absolutely no parties or events are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. We will do everything within our power to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, but we also respect our neighbors. Noise detectors may be on site which will indicate intolerable noise levels.

USE OF PREMISES: Guests shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to film, have photo shoots, sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: Guests shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.

    I would give 10 stars for communication with the vendor if I could. Very fast. Always super nice. The house was spotless. We had everything we needed. The location is great. Will definitely stay again! Thank you!!!

    We had a wonderful experience with Sharalyn. She was great to work with from The time we booked toWhen we checked out. She communicated with us and responded right away. She went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn’t lack a thing and she and her homeDoesn’t miss a need or want. Bedrooms are roomy and the beds are very comfortable. She had games and books available, and even a few snacks on the counter. Her home is very nice, warm and inviting, comfortable, and every amenity you need and then some. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. The coffee/tea bar was perfect and well stocked. We didn’t get to enjoy the screened in porch area with all the games, but we are looking forward to enjoying them the next time we stay….which by the way we will definitely be back. She has definitely raised the bar on our expectations for future rentals. Thank you Sharalyn for sharing your home with us!!

    Centrally located and convenient for our Mets Spring Training trip. Very close to Botanical Gardens and many fun restaurants. Host was very responsive and attentive.

    Oh my goodness, I have no clue where to start. I never leave reviews but this definitely deserves one! Aside from the property being nothing short of amazing, Sharalynn was AN AMAZING host! She was so communicative from the second i booked until i left her home. She was so easy to work with and just an amazing human all around. The property is located at the dead center of amazing food, shops & grocery stores. This was my first ever experience with VRBO as i normally stay in hotels, and i am so sad for any other properties that i book with after this. I was so spoiled with quality customer service and a fantastic experience! BOOK NOW!!!!!!

    Perfect property for the three of us (our adult son stayed with us). Nice screened-in porch for morning coffee (which was supplied by the host). The host was exceptional. We had one minor issue and she was all over it immediately communicating with us frequently. We could not have asked for a better host. Location is perfect - short drive to all stores and local restaurants (I walked to Starbucks which is about 6 blocks away). We hiked in several local parks. Jensen Beach, Ft Pierce, and Stuart offer some great restaurants and shops to browse. Live theater in Ft Pierce was wonderful. When we return to the area, this property will be our first choice.

    We went to spend the winter break visiting my parents who live in Fort Pierce. Our family of 5 chose this location and albeit smaller than our last rental from the last time we visited, it was a better experience. Great property that’s nearby to multiple shopping centers. The beds were comfortable and when we had a slight issue with the hot water, the host was quick to get maintenance to fix it. The neighborhood was quiet (accept NYE) and walkable, as my husband went on several walks. Grateful that the host provided beach towels, chairs and life vests for kids. The Jennson Park Beach was absolutely lovely and just a short ride away. Our youngest enjoyed the arcade games that were available in the enclosed patio. Would definitely consider using this property again in the future.
