Stayed Apr 7, 2026We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very convenient to UNCC which was why we chose it. It was very clean and as described in the listing. We had everything we needed. Kitchen had only the basics, which was fine since we really didn’t do any cooking. Communication was excellent and I felt like any problems would have been addressed quickly, but we didn’t have any. It was easy to find and we appreciated the space. I’d definitely return if I had reason to be in the area again.

Stayed Mar 13, 2026A clean and well appointed home. All amenities including iron and ironing board are included. The VRBO site suggests that this location is 15 minutes from downtown Charlotte when in actuality it is more like a half hour.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025House was lovely overall, especially for the price. Well decorated and cozy. There were a few things that needed repair, but the hosts were extremely good about communication and we had no issues. Location is very close to UNCC campus, which was perfect for our needs. Also very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again the next time we travel to Charlotte.
