Other things to note
Please note that there is no parking available in the garage. The garage has been converted to “Mother in-law suite” . This unit have an entirely separate entrance and nothing connecting and no amenities shared. You have the entire driveway to park while the unit guest parks on the street. The driveway can fit in 3-4 cars. Only the main house guest have 100% access to the pool, the unit guest don’t.

The apartment unit is a stylishly remodeled modern 1.5 bedroom studio apartment space with a designated office space, portable air conditioner, ceiling fan and a standing fan, full size bed, sofa, cooking utensils, coffee maker, washer and dryer, toilet and bath, TV etc. You can relax and have fun with friends, family or by yourself with our board games and gaming setup like bingo, poker, chess, monopoly, puzzles, foosball etc, or you can choose to just relax and watch your favourite TV shows.
