Stayed May 31, 2026Great location, 1/2 block from Alki Beach. Quiet neighborhood. Property is as described, though furnishings and kitchen were basic. Loved the rooftop patio with incredible views of the water. Beds were comfortable, and daybed was easy to set up. Nice to have garage parking, but there is a rise (hump) of the concrete turning into the garage from the street that was a bit of a problem for our car. We had passengers unload after the first time and this helped. Mostly, we loved the location. The host was a good communicator and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Mar 30, 2026The property was fantastic. The location was so convenient to Alki Beach and walking distance to a number of restaurants. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The view from the rooftop deck was beautiful. Getting in & out of the garage was tricky but we were grateful to have a parking spot at all since parking is at a premium in Alki. Highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023We enjoyed our stay here. It’s very convenient to our West Seattle family and the beach. The beds are fairly comfy, and the place was really clean. The not so good part: the “air conditioning” is a wall unit in the family room and nothing in the bedrooms. Not so good for sleeping on warm summer nights. Also, there’s not enough silverware for all five of us to eat at the same time! Parking is a challenge, too. otherwise, it was a nice week in Seattle.

Stayed Apr 13, 2023We come over to Seattle in the winter / spring months to dive Puget Sound. This property is perfect for diving the south sound area. Quiet street located close to restaurants in West Seattle and a block from the beach. We will be staying here again
