Modern 3 BR townhouse close to lake and downtown

Loved the townhouse, was very comfortable, would highly recommend.

Great location, right next to the lake and the convention center. The house is very cozy, lots of room, and the owners had everything ready for us. HIGHLY recommend!

We spent Christmas in this lovely home while visiting family in Lake Charles. Quiet community, easy to get in and out. QUICK walking distance to the BEAUTIFUL civic center lights and huge playground for children. Hosts were very responsive, and epitome of Southern Hospitality! Would stay again!

Fantastic place…great location, very clean, and hosts were perfect!

What more could we ask for? The place was very clean, updated, and comfortable. The hosts had great communication and the location was fantastic! The neighborhood was also nicer than I expected!! I would totally stay there again if I ever went back to Lake Charles! If I had to give one suggestion, it would be to stock the kitchen a little better. The skillet was so tiny that we had to do 3 batches of scrambled eggs for this bunch!!! LOL!!! Thanks for your hospitality!

Great location to everything. Downtown is super cute with lots to do. Excellent restaurants nearby and in a cozy area! Definitely felt at home and safe.

I have the pleasure of staying at this property for a weekend. The property was lovely and decorated perfectly. I felt like I was staying in a model home. The location is walking distance from the the water and multimillion dollar homes in downtown Louisiana. The area is super safe and quiet in the evening. And the owner was super responsive to all of my questions and request and went above and beyond to accommodate my ask. I will definitely stay here again and if you were thinking about it, you should too!

My youngest daughter was graduating from McNeese. Our family came in from Houston to celebrate with her. As natives to Lake Charles, we really loved the place and location. It was convenient and plenty of room. We would love to stay here again in the future when visiting family!

Stayed at this precious townhouse for my daughter’s prom since we live out of town. Very clean, quiet neighborhood and perfect location. Host was quick to answer questions. Highly recommend.

Killer location right across the road from the Civic Center and also within walking distance to several great restaurants. The host was very fast and superb with communication. We had an internet issue when we arrived and Cody worked his tail off to get a technician there in a timely manner and was very quick to respond to all of my messages. We'll be back next year!

The property was beautiful and clean and met our needs! The pictures don’t do the townhouse justice as it is beautifully decorated, and a home away from home. Our communication with the owners was excellent! Each time we reached out with a question or a need, he immediately responded and acted on any of our requests! Centrally located and well kept property. Would definitely stay here again!
