Modern 3 BR home - Fireplace-Close to everything

This house was perfect for our trip. Very clean, plenty of space, comfortable beds, couch, etc. Host was very accommodating. It was just a little noisy at times but it is close to college campus housing/apartments so it is to be expected. I gave 4 stars since patio furniture needs some TLC and could benefit from more blackout shades. Otherwise i would stay here again!

Please ee my previous review. (That's right. I was so pleased with my stay that I booked another stay when realizing I would need to come back to Greensboro. And that's the true test of whether a property is good. This one is. Do not hesitate.)

The house is very cute and, in my opinion, very well stocked, from the kitchen to the bathroom, which included all kinds of things one might forget to bring with them. I was so pleased with my two weeks that when I suddenly needed to come back to Greensboro for another two weeks I immediately checked and was able to re-book the property.

Very convenient location while in town for the NC High School All State Honor Band!

We stayed here to attend my daughter’s graduation. The location was less than 5 minutes from the coliseum. It was close to stores also. The house had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice location for the Greensboro complex and UNCG. Clean and spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed our stay.

Owner was very prompt with communication and accommodating. Multiple unexpected amenities, especially small touches in the bathroom. We stayed for a swim meet and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

House was cute and cozy had everything we needed to enjoy our time visiting my daughter for parent weekend at HPU.

We were in town visiting family and decided to go with a house instead of hotel. Great choice! The house was close to everything we needed and surprisingly quiet given that it’s located near UNC-G. The house was well stocked and we appreciated the snacks for the kids and the extra toiletries. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely rent again when we return to Greensboro.

Super cute home with room for our family during a swim meet weekend. Great location to the natatorium and very quiet. Our swimmer was able to nap in between sessions and fuel up for the evening sessions. The owner has thought of everything - great care and attention to detail.

Pictures were accurate. Check in and out no problem. Location withing 10 mins of sportsplex and 3 minutes coliseum. Decent location, quiet. Beds comfortable and the host left snacks for us. Overall good stay would cone back. Thanks for hosting us!
