Stayed Jul 28, 2025House claimed, Air Conditioning. what we found was three small bedroom units and 2 of them never got the room cool. nothing to cool down the rest of the house. the main room needs at least a ceiling fan. also back door from the basement to the backyard did not have a lock. Kitchen was dirty with dead bugs on counters. Please needed to be professionally cleaned before accepting tenants. Also, we found 2 used bath towels in the bathroom behind the door... noboday checked first??
