Stayed Nov 28, 2025The house was clean, roomy and the walking distance to the stadium was perfect. When we arrived we were not aware that it was a shared property, and we were greeted when walking out back to someone who lived downstairs of the rental and had dogs. Fortunately, we were all dog people.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025Great place to stay for any of your Gainesville needs. Wonderful hosts who were very easy to communicate with. Some of the best beds I’ve ever slept in, nicely appointed lodging on all fronts. Nice extra little touch in providing snacks and beverages, along with ample coffee and tea, too! Only thing to note - we weren’t aware this is a multi-unit property (although we didn’t see or hear anyone staying in the other units on property at all).

Stayed Sep 13, 2024We had a great time and the house was perfect for three adult couples. Kitchen and living area had plenty of room for entertaining our kids for a dinner and the house was a short uber ride to the stadium and bars. too hot and rainy to walk this time of year.
