Modern 3 bed 3 bath house with hot tub, new furnishings near Beaver Creek/Vail

Amazing home very close to Vail, family friendly neighborhood with playground. The home was equipped with more than we needed to feel comfortable for a 9 day stay. While not playing in Vail we hiked Mt of the Holy Cross - a short drive away.

The property was immaculate , very nice place with all the amenities you need, property owner couldn’t have been nicer, we all had a great time, Thank you Kim!

This was the BEST VRBO I have ever rented. Not only was it beautiful and super clean it was well stocked with any and all needed items to make our stay the best. Typically we have to pick up from grocery store extra toilet paper, paper towels, zip bags, laundry detergent etc… not here!! Plenty of all the things! Even left us wine in the frig and coffee with filters. Location was great! Less than 15 minutes to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend!!! Our host Kim was very attentive providing info for the area. We appreciated her thorough response and communication w us.

This was a really great stay. The house is furnished very nicely, with a lot a small conveniences like plenty of hooks for winter clothes and heated bathroom floors. We were especially happy to find a well-equipped kitchen -- we ended up cooking all our meals during our stay. We were here to ski, and it was about a 3-4 minute drive from the house to the Beaver Creek Elk parking lot. It would be about 3-4 more minutes to drive up to the main Beaver Creek village. Was also close to groceries. The host was very responsive, which we really appreciated when our plans got altered at the last minute due to a cancelled flight. They helped us change the dates of the stay for our new flight. We would love to stay here again!

Duplex is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It is nicely updated, very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been going skiing in Vail for years but what makes this year different from others is that we found this amazing place and super responsive and kind owner. Our family travel around the world and we all agree that this place is on the top of our favorite places that we have stayed. We definitely will be coming back!!!

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Nice big lounging sofa in the living room with big smart TV. Kitchen had good quality cookware, dishes and gas stove, so we made some nice home cooked meals. Quiet neighborhood. Short drive to Vail with plenty of restaurants still open for dining for the time of year. Master bed with big smart TV a big plus! Convenient check out without a huge chore list was great. Great stay overall for R&R.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was spotlessly clean. After long days of hiking the hot tub, giant sofa, and super comfortable mattresses (even on the Murphy bed!) couldn’t have been better. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. The location is great. 15 minute drive to Vail Village, 10 to Beaver Creek, and several grocery stores and restaurants just a couple minutes away. Kim was very responsive, helpful, and flexible with us. We would absolutely stay here again, and hope to return soon!

Wonderful kitchen accessories. Bidet toilet seats were great. Great place to stay.
