The backyard is fully private and fenced — your own space, no shared walls, no shared pool.

*POOL HEATING*
Heated pool available on request for $100 per night, with a 2-night minimum. For consistent water temperature, heating must stay on for your entire stay. Please request it at least 48 hours before check-in so the pool has time to warm up.

Please don't remove or turn off the pool vacuum. It runs on a set schedule, and disconnecting it can damage the equipment.
