Stayed Jan 1, 2026I did talked with host. All the amenities were good. We did had problems with shower had low pressure. But the host called the maintenance person and they fixed it. It was a good stay.

Stayed May 16, 2024The listing is very accurate. Well stocked and the location was perfect for us. Cottonwood is active and friendly town nestled near Jerome and Sedona. The host was quick to respond. We had a great time. We only encountered one problem upon arrival. One of the bathroom toilets was unable to flush. They tried to find a maintenance company to fix the problem but were unable to find one during our trip

Stayed Mar 24, 2023This home was equipped with everything necessary for a great vacation and more. This home has two master bedrooms with their own ensuite. Separate but open floor plan. Beautiful mountain views from the dining area. Spacious living space with a ping pong table in the garage. My family enjoyed this home so much we will be coming back soon. I would definitely recommend to extended family and friends to visit this home. Kelvin was exceptionally accommodating and answered questions quickly. Thank you Kelvin for being a great host!

Stayed Sep 16, 2022The posting we rented showed 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The house only had 3 of each, but we made do with that. The house looked to be new construction. The yard had not been developed yet. All in all it was an enjoyable time.
