Modern 2BR/2.5BA w/Pool-Gazebo & Garage

Condo layout was great, 2 master bedrooms upstairs, good location for our activities

It was a good location to easily get to Mayo Clinic

Beautiful, spacious fully loaded stay. Would stay again - close to great restaurants, parks, hikes.

The condo was great AC WORKED GREAT and had most everything we needed. Would have liked to have some patio furniture so we could sit outside and a grill would have been great. Still overall we spent most of our time out in the desert and seeing sights. I would do it again. Hard to beat for the price.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving. It is a lovely condo. Clean and inviting.

The unit was clean and in a good location.

Home was clean and had basic necessities. 2 bedrooms upstairs, each have their own bathroom. Bathrooms have no doors, not even for the toilet area. Half bath downstairs has a door. Garage only fits one small vehicle and there is very, very limited parking for other vehicles and fills up fast. There is no street parking. Not enough towels and they were tiny. The home smelled so strongly of air freshener it gave me a sore throat and headache within an hour. The bedding was also excessively perfumed, so much my husband was getting nauseous and a sore throat and he’s not sensitive to odors at all. Communication is subpar. VRBO policy states host must reach out 72 hours in advance with check in instructions or details as to when and how check in instructions will be provided. I had to reach out to the host at 24 hours in advance because he had not provided anything. Response was “I’ll send by tomorrow”.I immediately respond we asking by what time and how we would receive them and he never replied. I expressed we were there for a hospital visit and I wanted to make sure everything was good. VRBO policy states if you are within 1-4 days of stay, host must reply within 12 hours. Nope, didn’t happen. Zero compassion. At about 12:30pm I finally received a reply within instructions. A little more communication from the host would have helped relieve an already stressful situation.

The place was really nice and modern!

The lights did not work in the garage, outside front door, inside front door, and in the upstairs front bedroom. The ceiling fan in front bedroom nor the TV downstairs turned on. Shower soap dispensers were empty. Smoke detector started beeping because of low battery. I used a barstool to stand on to pull the battery out. After a couple of days, the smoke detector started beeping again. Owner suggested I, age 59 and my mom age 81, buy a new battery. Owner finally had a repair person come by. He got the overhead light and fan going in the front bedroom; however, when my mom went to bed, the switches on the wall did not turn off the overhead light. The chain on the ceiling light was broken and too short for my mom to reach by standing on the bed, so she slept with the light on all night because she didn’t want to wake me up. Lastly, we requested the pool code but was never given it.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the host did everything he could to accommodate us. The unit was clean and comfortable. It has 2 full master suites upstairs and it's own garage. Both nice options. We were disappointed when we got to the pool. Our goal for the trip was to have a couple of unwind days sitting by the pool. The pool water was green and dirty. Not the fault of our host, but not what we expected when we booked the unit. Several other reviews mentioned the traffic noise from the busy street. It is loud at all hours of the night and say. We purchased a fan to run at night at that helped. ( We left it there for the next visitor). All in all, the rating was a 3.5 star and that was what I would rate it. If the pool would have been useable I would give it a 4.5.

this was the perfect stay for me and my family while we were in town for a wedding. Great A/C and perfect location. Would stay again if I need to be in town again

This was a 2 week Amazing experience @ your very comfortable condo in North Phoenix. We loved the location and the proximity too shopping, walking neighborhoods and trail heads near or at Shadow Mountain. This condo is close to Paradise Valley and Desert Ridge of to which both provide great shopping and restaurants. The condo has two on suite bedrooms along with a Washer and Dryer. Very comfortable. Thank you.

Neighborhood is really quiet, and the house is cozy

The location was amazing. Everything we wanted was close or easy to get to. The complex was quiet and clean. The balcony had a nice view. Both bedrooms were large and inviting. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was perfect. I highly recommend this listing.

Fantastic floor plan for parent teen. Equipped with everything you need. Very clean and neat. Just as shown in the pictures. Booking was kind of difficult due to the website, but worked it out.

It was a beautiful space with everything we needed for our stay. It has two master bedrooms. There is a garage for one car. I used the pool every day while I was there.

Nice place to stay, close to freeway, good location, renter is very responsive and extremely willing to help, also, perfect for our stay as this was a short drive to Mayo Clinic.

Room was sufficient. It would be better if there were better cooking utensils and pans. Ones supplied were very used and outdated. Also towels and dish cloths were sparse. Other than a few minor things room was comfortable and clean

Loved this modern decorated townhouse. It had everything we needed, home away from home. The owner was quick to respond and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
