Please note that there are stairs to enter the unit and stairs inside the unit. The property is a duplex with a locking door between units, similar to an adjoining hotel room. The door is locked from both sides, with no access between units; other guests may occupy the adjoining unit. - This home is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Quiet hours of 9PM-8AM are strictly enforced.
- No smoking of any type is permitted in or on our property.
- No pets or animals are permitted.
- Occupancy is strictly limited to guests on the reservation. No additional visitors are permitted.
- There are stairs to get into the unit, and stairs inside the unit.

You will have private access to your townhome-style unit, with self check-in via keypad and a private entrance. The adjoining duplex unit is separated by a locked door with no access available to either side unless you book the entire duplex through one of our other listings.

Free on-site parking is available in the large driveway.

The home has exterior security cameras on the property. Guests may use their own login information for the streaming service of their choice; cable is not provided.
