Modern 2 bedroom luxury accommodation, close to the beach

The property is beautiful and very well appointed. It is in a quiet neighborhood with access to the coast right in the doorstep.

property gate was permanently open unsafe to let pet out plus there was no privacy from street . Dogs barking from adjoining property through a kitchen door leading into our living space. Rear of house was suppose to be a relaxing area but we were overlooked by a rear glass door and windows and once a person came out the glass door walked right over ou patio. sorry would nor recommend this property

The owner has thought of everything in this very well designed house, the infrastructure and all utensils, electronics and furnishings are high end, breakfast and wine was also a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated.

Lovely stay with a friendly welcome and great facilities, including a delicious breakfast that went down a treat! Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were which is always a bonus when travelling. Thank you. We will be back x

When booking I wasn't aware that the owner would be living there too. Although it was described as separate annexe it is literally just a door between. No privacy to use the garden which isn't enclosed as he had the gate open to come and go. Couldn't use the driveway

Well-equipped, very nicely presented and comfortable house in a fabulous location next to the river and beach. It’s a lovely quiet location and we enjoyed seeing a couple of deer trotting up the street, whilst we were there. Gary very kindly left us a large selection of breakfast items in the fridge, plus tea, coffee, milk, condiments etc, all of which were much appreciated on the morning after attending a wedding. We’d love to stay again in future for a weekend break and to bring our little dog who would love the proximity to the beach and the safe enclosed garden. Really clear and helpful communication with Gary in the run up to our booking and, although we didn’t cross paths on our stay, his son was ion hand in the adjoining house if we needed anything. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The property was advertised as a 3 bedroom property however it is only a two bed. The property and the owner were fantastic and the location is great for long walks on the beach. We would definitively stay there again.
