House was very nice, clean, and quiet. If you enjoy running or biking the neighborhood is very safe to do so. I had mapped out a 5mile loop I used and never felt uncomfortable. The Beaches are only 10 minutes away by car. Nice restaurants nearby. There was a leak in the pool when we stayed. The pool guy did an amazing job cleaning and keeping the water level up but we were not able to enjoy the heated water because he had to keep adding cold water. Once the leak is fixed I'm sure the pool will be perfect. We will definitely be looking to stay at this place again if it's available next time we visit Englewood! ?

Property was very nice. Clean, comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Covered lanai which was a nice outdoor space. Had some issues with the pool that could have been prevented but were eventually resolved, only reason for the four rating. Would recommend the property to future renters.

Nice little house with plenty of space and amenities. Host/Property Mgmt did a nice job of providing enough to make our stay quite enjoyable - greatly appreciated - thank you! Pool was not heated upon checkin, despite requesting & paying for heat. However, the property mgmt company was on site early AM the next day to resolve the issue (which took till the end of the 2nd day before pool was comfortable to use). Not a big deal. Website description is OFF, completely wrong, stating it is for a Sanibel Island property; IGNORE the Description until it is fixed. Use the photos and amenities, etc. tabs to see property details instead of the Description. Had a great time; would recommend!

The house had all the amenities and then some.There was a grill and no gas tank. So we rented one. That didn’t spoil our time.
