Guest Access
Guests have access to one dedicated parking space, located in the middle of the east side of the driveway.
Please park in a way that allows another car to park behind yours and ensure enough space in front for garage access. The driveway is long and spacious.

Entry & Security
The main entrance is equipped with a smart lock. You’ll receive a unique code via the Verbo app, which ensures only you have access during your stay. This code is reset between guests for added security.

Other Things to Note
Please note that we have two friendly dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Bichon Frise) who occasionally use the backyard. As a result, backyard access is not available to guests. Kindly take this into consideration when booking.

    Excellent accommodations. Spotlessly clean and modern. Every possible amenity is there. Advertised as a basement unit but actually only 6 steps down with huge LR window. Communication with the host and checkin were very clear with excellent security codes on 2 doors. Would definitely book this again on another visit.

    We had a great stay in this super clean basement space. The host was very hospitable and went above and beyond when I mentioned I was cold — not only did he adjust the AC, but he also provided extra blankets and heaters, which made me feel very well cared for. Parking was easy and convenient.The only small downside for me was that I’m a light sleeper, and the dogs walking around upstairs after 11:00 p.m. disturbed my sleep a bit. Otherwise, everything was comfortable, and the host’s thoughtfulness really stood out.

    This property is great and in a nice location. Everything was clean and looked like it has been remodeled or built recently. The beds were comfortable. It is a basement, so we did hear walking around upstairs and the dogs. They left ear plugs in the rooms for light sleepers. The driveway is long enough to fit 3 cars, the center is marked so you know where to park. We had a pickup truck and had to park in between two suvs. That was a minor inconvenience for us to try to squeeze in there. I wanted to make that point for others who may arrive in a large vehicle. It's a great spot and we would definitely go back.
