Enjoy this stylish 2 bed/ 1 bath basement unit in the popular downtown Brevard. Ideal for a group of friends or a couple looking to get away in the mountains. Close to great restaurants, shops, and all the amazing waterfalls/trails that Brevard has to offer:

- 5 min walk from Main St
- 10 minutes from Pisgah National Forest mountain bike and hiking trailheads
- 15 minutes from DuPont State Forest
- 30-minute drive from Asheville

Our 2-bed, 1-bath basement unit is just minutes away from the heart of downtown Brevard. With 2 uniquely designed bedrooms containing a Casper mattress, you'll feel super comfortable at home.

Since this is a basement unit, a part of the ceiling is smaller than your typical unit. Please note that the ceiling height is about 6 foot 4 inches in the living room and kitchen.

*** The Unit ***

Our super-modern unit is the bottom unit in a duplex. Although small, it is upgraded and modern and boasts a fully stocked kitchen, extra linens, and a cozy coffee nook with plenty of coffee on hand.

Please note that there may be other renters in the upstairs unit, and you might hear them periodically, however, the noise is within reason.


*** The Kitchen ***

Ultra stylish with a built-in breakfast nook to enjoy your favorite cup of coffee while preparing for your next outdoor adventure. The fridge does have an ice maker for those frozen margaritas in the summer. You'll find a blender to help with those, too.

*** The Bedrooms ***

We designed the bedrooms to be comfortable and enjoyable. Super luxury mattress, high-ended linens, and 2 plush and cozy comforters per bedroom so you'll never want to get out of bed.

*** The Bathroom ***

Updated and modern glass shower with everything you need.

The bathroom will have hand soap, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels and washcloths are also provided. Removing makeup Please use the towels marked for that :)

*** Parking ***

Private parking up to 3 cars directly in front of the front door.

*** Pets ***

We do allow dogs. If you are bringing a dog (2 maximum per stay), please let us know prior to booking. There is a $100 nonrefundable pet fee if you bring your furry best friend.

Pet rules are pretty basic. If they have an accident, clean it up. Don't let your dog on our furniture. If you do need to leave your dog unattended, crate him/her.

*** Saftey ***

Your safety is important to us. A ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door, and you'll notice multiple cameras on the outside of your house for your safety.

    It is a cozy place to stay that is walkable to downtown. We found this place nicely decorated, well well-equipped with comfortable furniture. The owner was very easy to work with. We will stay here again.

    My husband and I prepaid for two weeks in August. When we arrived we discovered that the unit was in the basement of a house. We were not informed that we would be staying in the basement. We saw quite a few spiders and several worms. It was very damp and we could not open the windows for ventilation. The unit description listed a washer and dryer, however, there was no washer or dryer. I called the host and he said he “forgot” to tell me that he had them removed 2 days ago. On day 3 of our stay my husband became ill with an upper respiratory infection. We were unable to open the windows and there was no ventilation - everything was very damp. My husband was not getting better so we left the unit. The host sent me a text stating that he would work with VRBO to issue me a refund. Of course, VRBO contacted him and he refused to provide me with a refund. My husband had to be seen by a doctor and was put on antibiotics for 10 days. The doctor told us he had an infection from an airborne fungus, or bacteria. This was a very bad experience. We have been staying at VRBO’s for 5 years and never had such a disappointing experience.

    Lowered 6’ ceiling and a basement apartment in a very scary low end neighborhood. This property shows up under “Brevard mountain home” search on VRBO. I was stunned ?

    A clean, nice place. The low ceilings were odd, but not a problem. Everything was clean and fairly new. Agree with another reviewer that the neighborhood is in transition. No washer and dryer, although mentioned in the listing. Living area would be super tight with four people.

    This was a cute place and easy to get in. The neighborhood was definitely transitional. We hung out downtown and in the forest most of the time.

    Very clean, love the modern decor, parking is great, even at 6’5” I was just fine inside this property. Getting the door locked back is tricky but we figured it out. Communication with the owner was prompt and very helpful. Thank you for providing a great place to stay in Brevard!
