Guest Access:

Self check-in via smart lock. Guests have full access to Mockingjay Cottage, the deck, and the surrounding property.



The Neighborhood:

The Sanders Cottage Collection is a micro-resort on 19 acres of family-owned land just outside of Starkville. Ten cottages, one home place, same family that's worked this land for over 40 years. Close enough to town, far enough from the lights for you to truly enjoy the starlit sky on clear nights.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. MSU, the Cotton District, and downtown Starkville are all 7 minutes away. A Barn Venue is just up the street. Everything else worth seeing is a short drive from the home place.



Other Things to Note:

The property sits on 19 acres outside the city limits. Please review house rules prior to booking. Stairs are required to access the space.
