This cottage belongs to our family. We take care of it like it's our own because it is. We hope you love it asmuch as we do!

About the space:
Home is elevated on pilings. One flight of stairs required. No elevator or lift.
The third bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed with a trundle.
Sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably.

About access:
Self check-in with lockbox.
Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway and a boat trailer.

About the neighborhood:
Sunset Sanctuary sits in a quiet residential neighborhood with wonderful full-time neighbors. Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am.
A neighboring property is undergoing occasional renovation work. Some construction noise may occur during your stay.

Exterior Ring cameras and motion activated lights are in place on the property for guest and neighborhood safety.

About the property boundaries:
Guests must remain within the property boundaries at all times. Neighboring docks, piers, yards, and shoreline areas are strictly off-limits. Violation results in immediate termination of stay without refund.

About checkout:
Checkout is simple. Leave beds unmade. Run the dishwasher. Dispose of trash before leaving.

The property sits directly on Mobile Bay. Water depth and conditions vary seasonally. Guests swim, fish, and crab at their own risk.
No jumping or diving from the landing.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Day visitors are welcome but are the full responsibility of the registered guest and subject to all property rules.

Mobile Bay is a natural waterway. You may encounter wildlife including birds, fish, crabs, and the occasional dolphin. Enjoy them from a respectful distance.
