Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was great for a reunion with a childhood friend. Plenty of space and nice location (near shops, restaurants, sidewalks to walk on). Could use a good deep cleaning as it was quite dusty (fans and vents were caked) and the inevitable beach moisture was causing some mold/mildew. We dusted what we could just to prevent breathing it all in all week, but with the cost of rentals and the cleaning fees, we shouldn’t have to. Overall, would stay again but hoping the cleaning process gets revamped to include periodic “deeper” cleans to include vents/fans and mildew. Mentioned this to the rental agency during our stay but did not get a reply.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in process was smooth when we arrived late at night. House has lot of space for a large group. It was clean.As stated earlier , we had to use our sheets, pillows and towels. These were not provided. We had couple issues with the power and wifi. These were fixed quickly when we contacted the office. The location is great. Overall we loved the stay.
