- RVs, ATVs, boats, and trailers are NOT permitted. The driveway is not accessible for large vehicles.

- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.

- Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood.

- Please use caution on the dock. Children must be accompanied at all times.

- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for grills and outdoor fireplaces. There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase.
- - RVs, ATVs, boats, and trailers are NOT permitted. The driveway is not accessible for large vehicles.

- Please note that the property has a steep and narrow driveway. We strongly recommend driving slowly and cautiously, especially during rain or at night. The driveway leads downhill and may feel tight for larger vehicles.

- You may not book if you live locally without asking for permission and letting us know why you need a place in town.

- By booking with us you agree to download our app to gain access to the property.

- Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make and throw all their trash in the trash can. Also, it will be the guest`s responsibility to do the dishes before they leave.

- To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware: As a part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully completing the guest portal.

- THERE WILL BE A $500 CHARGE FOR SMOKING, PARTYING, OR BREAKING ANY OTHER HOUSE RULES!

- Please do not bring glitter, confetti, or anything like that to any of our properties.

- Please ensure that you review the cancellation policy as it pertains to any cancellation for any COVID-19 reason. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance because we cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy for any reason.

- No food or drink in the hot tub.

Haven Vacation Rentals, LLC’s Vacation Rental Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply. Renter will receive and agrees to sign the Terms immediately after making reservation, which will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- The “Minimum Age” to rent the Property is 25 years of age.
- By booking you agree to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID directly to us. We will request this after your reservation has been made
- The Renter is solely responsible for Renter’s actions and the actions of all family members, guests, and invitees.
- Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Unless authorized by the Property Manager, the number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy indicated in the listing or the reservation for the Property.
- Check-in is from 4:00PM until 12:00AM and Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
- If you do not vacate by check-out time, you authorize us to charge a late departure fee of up to one night’s rental and we may remove all Occupants and their personal property from the Property.
- No smoking is permitted on the Property at any time.
- No animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow.
- Renter authorizes us to bill the credit card on file for the full amount of the Rental Fee at the time of booking. Renter agrees not to make chargeback claims with its credit or debit card issuer.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited.
- Neither the Property Manager nor the Owner will be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including those arising from the use of any pool, hot tub, lake, or bunk bed on the property.
- Upon your arrival at the Property, you should inspect the rental unit to ensure the Property condition is to your satisfaction. If you find any conditions you need to report as unsatisfactory or damaged upon your arrival, you should report such conditions within two hours after the time you arrive at the Property. After the two-hour period expires, the Property is provided as is and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
- You further agree to give us a reasonable amount of time to respond to your report and to cooperate with our efforts to address the concern or provide a remedy.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

    The house was spotlessly clean — truly one of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed in — and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like plenty of towels, soap, and toilet paper. Those details made for an easy and comfortable stay, and communication with the property management team was excellent throughout.That said, the home itself could use some updating, especially in the kitchen. The cookware was very worn and scratched, and the knives were so dull they were nearly unusable. There were no basic cooking staples (like oil, salt, or spices), which we feel should come standard with a VRBO stay — it should feel like you’re stepping into someone’s well-stocked home for the weekend. Some utensils and tools weren’t fully clean, with bits of food still stuck on them, and overall the kitchen could use a full refresh in terms of supplies.The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were very flat and unsupportive — we ended up doubling up to get a decent night’s sleep.We wouldn’t stay here again unless some updates are made, but we do want to give credit where it’s due: the cleaning team deserves 5 stars for their work. The home itself, however, needs quite a bit of TLC before it can truly meet its potential.We’d recommend that the owners or management team spend a weekend here themselves — it’s the best way to see firsthand what’s missing and what could use repair or replacement.One final note: the dishwasher appears to be broken — the bottom rack is missing its wheels.

    Was a perfect stay!! The house had everything we needed and very comfortable for our party of 10. I’m picky about beds, and they were very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely appointed too. The setting was fantastic - serene on the lake - quiet - secluded - lots of outdoor space and seating. Everyone loved it. Just wish we had a few more days. Hope to be back at sometime.

    We chose this property for our 55 softball team as we attempted to win a local softball tournament without injuring ourselves. We had 9 guys and there was more than enough room for everyone. The house was very clean and the property had all the amenities a group of older softball guys would need...especially the hot tub. We didn't win the tournament, but did win in having fun because of this prooerty! We will definitely be coming back if we play this tournament again.

    We needed a place to celebrate the wedding of a family friend. What we received was a luxurious secluded retreat that revived our souls.     This house is a great place to stay on the lake. It is an older home but its beautiful. The doc on the lake was a wonderful place to swim and kayak off of. In the morning the doc was fully shaded and while we were staying the water was nice and warm. Would stay again!
