Miramar Beach Stunner! 5-Bed Home & Private Pool | Fall Availability!

The house was wonderful for our family of 11 adults and 6 children! The pool was a good size for a large group and the rooms were comfortable. It was a close, easy walk to the beach, with great views from the second and third floor balconies. The rental company was responsive to our texts about most issues. They fixed a flickering light in one of the bedrooms and non-working drains in 2 sinks. I would love to have given 5 stars; however there were several areas that, while not limiting our enjoyment of our time with family, fell short of expectations of a property at this price point. I had messaged prior to our stay to inquire if there were wine glasses available. I was informed that there were glass wine glasses available. When we arrived, we found 1 wine glass. Plates were plentiful but other glasses were limited. There was a small bar in the basement but no barware. The table on the second floor balcony was broken and unusable, with pieces of it littering the floor. Extra pillows were plentiful but no extra pillowcases were available. I requested them twice and received them on our last day there. Overall, this was a great house, but could use some improvements in the furnishings.

We have been renting for ten years thru Vrbo. We have never written a bad review. This house needs attention. The house was not clean. The beach closest to the house is private propery. The cooking pans need to be replaced teflon all scratched up. Table on balcony was completly rotten falling apart. Dust on all the returns. Bikes were not usable flat tires. Outside pool decking area was very dirty. The chairs at the pool table were completly rotten. Upstairs washing machine was unuseable full of mildew and stunck. It must be a multi invester home. We will not be back.

The house was perfect. Plenty of room for our large family. Kitchen was beautiful. Pool was large. Having beach towels provided was an added bonus. Loved the close proximity to the beach.

2nd year staying in the Destin area with our family of 10, and we were looking for a property closer to the beach this year. Great location with convenient beach access-only a 5 min walk to the beach! This was the best feature about the property. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were fairly clean. The house even provides beach towels, added bonus! In general, the house needs some TLC. Many of the interior outlets didn't work, nor did the TV in the bedroom on the lower level. The outdoor pool area was a definite disappointment after a long day at the beach. Many of the chairs were broken and could not be used. Pool was fine but the pool area was not kept up at all. The rental price probably reflected all of this but the pictures on the site are certainly outdated. Overall we had a great vacation but it wouldn't take a lot of effort or expense to make Seas the Day a little more comfortable and renter-friendly.

Great house, steps away from beach. Could use a little cleanup on the outside.

My family and I had the best time during our stay! The pool deck was so great after the beach and the views from the balcony were unforgettable. We absolutely loved the location as it felt out of the way but we were still so close to everything in Miramar Beach. The manager checked in with us multiple times throughout our stay and made the check-in/check-out process super easy!We will 100% be back in the summer when we can stay for longer!
