Stayed May 16, 2026Great hosts, very well equipped property, loved everything about it. The only thing that was a bit of an inconvenience was the lack of places to park for the private beach access and the restrictions on the beach access not allowing canopy/tents but the actual house and hosts were perfect. Loved it and will be back.

Stayed May 2, 2026This is an awesome house in one of my favorite Destin neighborhoods (Frigista Beach area). The owners were great and responsive to questions! The house is very nice with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and an amazing heated pool for relaxing. The street is very quiet and cozy, just a short golf cart ride out to the Hollywood street beach entrance (or just walk it). They even had plenty of beach chairs, wagon, coolers, boogie boards and floats in the garage - which is super nice if you're limited on space in trying to bring your own (very thoughtful to have - thanks!). I HIGHLY recommend this house. We will likely be booking it again for another family trip.

Stayed Apr 4, 2026This home was a perfect spot for our spring break! The home was very clean and beautiful. The kitchen was one of the most fully stocked of any home we’ve stayed in. The pool was wonderful. The communication with the hostess was great and any issue was quickly addressed. The couches in the family room are in need of replacement, and the grill needed to be cleaned before we could use it, but we had a fantastic week overall. The bedrooms and bathrooms were absolutely clean and the outside furniture was comfortable. We loved the short walk to the beach and the golf cart was a fun addition.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025Had a great stay! Property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a great vacation. We enjoyed the pool and had easy access to the beach. The check-in process was extremely easy and the owner was very responsive to questions.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025This is an awesome property. Everything was just as described. Lots of nice linens and beach towels the pool was greatly enjoyed by the 4 teens. It was nice for all rooms to have a bathroom of their own. The pantry and refrigerator were large enough for ten of us. This home was very much enjoyed with plenty of room. The golf cart was very nice to have for morning coffee runs to Bad Ass Coffee, the beach, etc Everything was very clean. You will love it there!!

Stayed May 31, 2025Nice home and pool. Stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen items. Nice golf cart. Good location. Nice new towels and sheets. Child lock was very handy on door to outside pool area. Nice bunk room. All beds were very comfortable.

Stayed May 10, 2025This was our second time staying at this property. Just a good as last time. In fact my children said it felt like coming home. Kitchen has everything you could ever need to cook. Beds are very comfortable. Garage is stocked with many chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. Enjoyed our week with family.

Stayed Apr 19, 2025My family and I stayed here for a week in April and loved everything about this stunning property! The golf cart for our person use was the cherry on top, making getting around to the beach and local shops very easy. Eric and Jessica were quick to respond to our questions or concerns and as accommodating as they could be. The neighborhood is gorgeous and felt very safe for our teenage children to walk around alone. The only downside of this rental, as with many, is such late check in (5pm) and early check out (10am). We definitely felt like we lost a days vacation on either end. But the property itself, again, absolutely beautiful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stayed Apr 5, 2025Our family had such a great time at Western Sands! One of the cleanest and well stocked vacation rentals I've ever stayed in. The house had everything we needed and the location was great! It was walkable to the beach and was nearby restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The pool was amazing and so much was accessible by golf cart, we barely had to get in our car to go anywhere all week. Jessica was also super responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend a stay here and we hope to be back!

Stayed Sep 21, 2024Our vacation was fantastic! The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. The kitchen had all of the dishes, cooking tools, etc that we needed. There was a cooler, beach chairs, floats, etc available. The pool was the perfect size with plenty of pool chairs, table and grill. We were able to use the golf cart to go to the beach but also close enough to walk if we wanted. We happen to be there during hurricane Helene and the host checked in on us to be sure we were ok and to see if we needed anything. Luckily, we were far enough away from any impact from the storm. We wound definitely go back and would recommend this house to others.
