The third spacious bedroom has two full-size beds, a flat-screen TV, individual reading lights, and a large closet. The second and third bedrooms share access to the modern guest bathroom which has a large walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet.

An additional casita can be found on the other side of the property and features a king-size bed, a workspace, direct access to outdoor seating, and a kitchenette. The casita's en suite bathroom features dual vanities and a hotel-style walk-in shower.
