Stayed Nov 23, 202510/10 - This house was perfect! It is in walking distance to Walnut Beach and all the local shops…and close to everything else you need in Devon, Stratford or Downtown Milford. All the basics plus more for cooking. washer and dryer was a plus. Neighborhood is quiet and communication with the host was great. I have already recommended. (If you are staying in winter…heat works incredible..barely need it on to keep the whole place cozy) and no problem parking at all. Thanks Melissa!!

Stayed Jun 20, 2025Three of us were in town for a Navy reunion. This was the perfect place for us. There are 3 bedrooms. Pretty small, but perfect if you just need a bed and dresser. Nice little sitting area and eating area. It was really very cozy. The real plus is the location. It was just 2 blocks from a coffee shop, another block to a liquor store and convenience store. Then another block to the beach. There is better beach access a few blocks down the road. It just depends what you need. Once at the beach, there is a great boardwalk that goes for about a mile or so. Great for a walk or run. Host was perfect with communication. Convenient access. Reasonable process. Great experience. We really had a great time and will stay again if we are in the area.
