Beautiful Completely Renovated 3 Bed 2 Bath Non-Smoking Home with Water Views

Great experience all around

We loved Jim's place. It was clean, comfortable and modern. We loved the keyless entry, so easy! Plenty of extra sheets, pillows and blankets. Lots of nice touches like Kleenex, dish/laundry soap, some spices, paper plates etc. We were a 15- minute drive or less to several beaches. Tons of great restaurants nearby. We walked to the end of the street to fabulous sunsets. The outdoor space was great, we used the brand new grill for dinner and really enjoyed hanging out. We would definitely recommend Jim's place and would stay here again.

The location was great, the rooms were well-outfitted and comfortable. And we even used the grill! We enjoyed the welcome message and information binder! It was great to walk down the street to the water and around several corners to the beach. A very hospitable place

Had to provide basic details about our trip and the people who would be staying. We also mentioned we’d be having so guests for dinner, so expectations were clear upfront. Everything in the rental worked and we were comfortable and had a good experience.

We were in town for a family wedding and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Outdoor spaces including the grill in the back yard, seating on the back deck, and the front balcony rocker got lots of use, despite not-so-good weather. The house is beautifully renovated and the first floor layout is perfect for socializing, being able to prep food, cook, and clean up while still being with guests. It was very convenient to have a second full bath on the first floor. And the sofa bed let our daughters spread out a little (the twin bedroom is kind of tight with both beds in use.) We highly recommend this house, and its very responsive owners, and would definitely opt to stay here again. Thanks, Jim, for everything.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jim and Audrey's. They were accommodating hosts and the house was clean and well located to the water in a beautiful neighborhood. The beds in the rooms could probably use mattress pads, but overall we felt the house was very comfortable.

Nice updated property close to the water in Milford. Jim responded very quickly to our questions. I was with my three teenagers and we had plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood and nicely updated interior. Great stay visiting family.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this clean, comfortable home. Updated and comfortable furnishings. Everything we needed was provided. Enjoyed the view from the upstairs balcony. Short walk to the beach and a brief drive to other nearby attractions. Owner was very responsive to my questions. Would absolutely come back.
