House was very clean, kitchen was fully equipped, furniture was comfortable as well as bedsWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

House is comfortable however if you have any mobility issues it wouldn’t be for you as there are two narrow flights of stairs you have to use. Was not happy with check in process as you have to go to realty company to get key and drop off. There is a key pad on house so that makes no sense. Also you have to bring garbage there. I also didn’t like that you have to bring your own sheets and towels. Very inconvenient when flying. I was aware ahead of time but still didn’t like it. House is located in a great location for sightseeing N Conway and surrounding area.

Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay in the tree house!The home was very spacious and clean and well set up and had good amenities.We enjoyed several of the association beaches and very much enjoyed the quiet nights by the fire pit or just inside the screened in porch safe from the skeetos! Next year we will be looking to revisit, but stay in one of the Select Real Estate managed waterfront homes in the association. We had one issue where a small section of porch screen popped out and the maintenance team was there the very next morning and sealed us back up for bug control!

Also, having to drive 25min round trip for a key is not ideal. Other than that it was great.

Owner very organized, left helpful instructions and brochures/ menus for local attractions. 5 minute drive to beaches, it is walkable to beach but there are hills, it could be difficult with beach gear. We really enjoyed the screened in porch, perfect for morning coffee or anytime!

Perfect time, rooms a little small but overall great place

Our family enjoyed the stay at the Treehouse. Our granddaughter and her parents stayed with us and it was convenient to North Conway and Storyland. The property was nice and clean and it was just as it was described. The fact that there was a/c available was great seeing as it got hot a couple of nights.
