Stayed May 23, 2026Our party of 9 had a wonderful week at this fantastic property. It had everything we needed and we loved the secluded location on the private road while offering close proximity to hwy access and a few beach access points. Parking was tight at all the beach access points, so we had a system of dropping off the family in the car, returning the car to the property, and I would ride a bike back to be with them and go get the car for pickup when ready to go. This worked great since the beach access points are just a short bike ride away (beaches will likely be a little too far of a walk for most people to do comfortably). We all very much enjoyed the 6 bikes offered which were all in great shape (no maintenance needed). Pool and spa were awesome, perfect for our needs. Lots of good sized patio areas that made for great hangouts and conversations for our large group. Elevator work great and satisfied the special needs within our group. Communications and check-in details were minimal and sufficient (just the right about of detail without being unnecessarily verbose). Great week, likely to stay again and highly recommend!

Stayed Mar 19, 2026We stayed three nights at Sandcastle, 52 Sandstone Street. Overall, it was a nice house, and we enjoyed our time. There were some minor issues but management kept us up-to-date with Maintenance and answered all questions. The pool temperature was too cold for swimming, But over all, it was a comfortable stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house was fantastic! The only issue that needs to be addressed is the lock on the front door. I am not sure the keypad is working correctly. Sometimes it took 6 or7 times for it to open. I do wish that the house had more beach chairs to use and maybe a cooler. Hard to pack things like that when you fly. Would rent it again for sure.

Stayed Jul 28, 2022This was a family vacation & our first time in Santa Rosa. The house was beautiful & just as described. The location is less than 2 min from beach, & they provided a golf cart & bikes. The house was fully stock with plenty of dishes, towels, linens & games. The pool was heated & the jacuzzi was awesome. Only Con was, we felt the tv’s were old & it should be one in every room.
