Full Disclosure:

1) This is a newly renovated basement unit (below ground) with private guest entrance. It’s still stunning, but worth noting.

2) Being an old home, we have installed sound proofing throughout, but you may still hear the kids running around at times!

3) We recommend reserving a place in NW DC if you are looking to walk to the monuments.

The space:

As our guest, you'll enjoy the convenience of free off-street parking, ensuring you can explore the city with ease. If you prefer, there's also free street parking available in our Historic Deanwood neighborhood.

Perfect for couples, travel nurses, working professionals or families, our unit boasts strong WiFi to keep you connected during your stay. A book lover’s oasis! Grab a book and get cozy on the sectional sofa. The National Mall is about a 15-20 minute drive. We are 5.5 miles from University of MD Hospital, and close proximity to other medical centers in DC.

Each bedroom is equipped with a smart tv and custom blackout blinds. The spacious master bedroom has a 12” Queen Zinus memory foam mattress. Fully stocked kitchen with ample seating to accommodate all guests, if you like to stay in and cook.     The venue was well organized, very clean, and nicely accommodated. I appreciated the fair pricing and would definitely recommend it. However, one drawback was the check-out time of 11:00 AM; the door code stopped working at 10:00 AM. I understand this may have been due to the recent change in daylight saving time, but I found it inconvenient to be locked out at 10:30 AM.ocked out at 10:30 AM.

    The space was very clean and fit our family's needs perfectly. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the rooms were comfortable. Communication with the the owner was easy, and he addressed our concerns. It is a basement environment, so there are noises above, but that is specified in the description, so we expected it.
